The apartment is centrally located in the Central City neighborhood. It’s surrounded by the Warehouse District, known for its art galleries and restaurants; the Lower Garden District, a young and vibrant neighborhood centered around Magazine Street; the Garden District, known for its historic mansions and cemeteries; and Oretha Castle Haley Boulevard, which contains a variety of museums and restaurants.
