Situated in Breckenridge, this lovely condo for $162 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. THE HEALTH CLUB (INCLUDING THE POOL AND HOT TUBS) WILL BE CLOSED FOR ITS ANNUAL CLEANING APRIL 29-MAY 3, 2024. Our recently remodeled health club is one of the finest in Breckenridge with a fantastic new heated indoor/outdoor pool with children’s play area, hot tubs with waterfall features, steam room, sauna, locker rooms with bathing suit dryers, workout area with new equipment, and a family gathering area with a fireplace, tv, pool table, shuffleboard, and video games. There is also a movie room that can accommodate 10-15 people and an Xbox gaming room, both of which can be reserved ahead of time. Here's why you should stay with us: 1. Located in the best spot in Breckenridge: at the base of Peak 9 and one block to historic Main Street; walk to nearly everything in town 2. Mountain elegance with nods to Breckenridge's mining heritage: high-quality leather furniture, gas stone fireplace, granite countertops with copper gold pan sinks, ceiling fans, and Colorado artwork 3. Hotel-quality mattresses, comforters, pillows, and linens. We wash and sanitize ALL linens after each stay, including the duvet covers. 4. Fully equipped kitchen with full-sized appliances and all the pots, pans, silverware, and dishes needed to make a gourmet meal for six 5. Super-nice electronics including giant 70 inch TV, Xfinity cable, most major streaming services, BluRay disc players; free wireless internet 6. Private deck with electric grill; private balcony off second bedroom 7. Amazing amenities located on-site: health club with year-round heated indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, weight/aerobic equipment, games, and family gathering area (closed the first or second week of May for cleaning). Also on-site: restaurant, bar, gas grills, and heated parking garage. There is a brand new washer and dryer located on our floor about 20 yards down the hallway from our front door, payable via PayRange smartphone app. 8. Walk less than 200 meters to National Forest and QuickSilver chairlift...accesses the entire mountain, but particularly good for beginner skiers. (The QuickSilver chairlift is typically open from Thanksgiving week to mid-April.) 9. We had a family Christmas here, the location is amazing, so close to ski lifts and Main Street. The host is always keen to help and super great facilities in the apartment, we really loved the large beds, linens, and also the stocked kitchen with spices and the nice touch of Christmas Tree. We highly recommend this.

Our stay in this condo was an enjoyable experience. It was cozy, family friendly and had beautiful views of surrounding mountains.
The property manager was great to work with, attentive and prompt.
We enjoyed the style and upgraded features of the unit. The location and amenities of The Village at Breckenridge was great! You can walk everywhere…to the slopes, trails, restaurants and shopping.
We would definitely recommend this location and this particular condo for someone wanting to visit Breckenridge!

This condo was exactly as the pictures showed! The views from the balcony were spectacular! We came to see the Aspen trees in full color and it did not disappoint! The location was the best… within walking distance of downtown. We’ve always stayed up at Peak 7 and had to drive down, but this was much more convenient. Highly recommend! Joe was a great host.

Great place! Beautifully decorated with great view. We would definitely stay in this unit again! Our family also enjoyed the game room downstairs in the afternoons when it rained. Take warm clothing as it was around 41 every morning the first week of August and it rained every afternoon except one day.

We enjoyed our stay. This is a great location with easy access to many hiking/biking trails, restaurants, and pool area with multiple hot tubs. We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was in the evenings with all the windows open and listening to the Blue River below.

Everything about this Condo was amazing. Joe's communication with the check-in procedure made it seamless on our day of arrival. You will not find a better location in Brek, the views from the balcony are immaculate. We parked our car on arrival and did not need it again until the day we left. We swam every afternoon, hiked the Burro and Warriors Mark trails, went horseback riding with at Breckenridge Stables, took the Brek connect gondola to Peak 8 activities and all shopping and restaurants are within a short walk. We cant wait to go back. Thank you Joe for sharing your home with our Family

We loved our stay at the condo! Location is perfect with beautiful views from every window and easy walking distance to all the downtown restaurants (which were delicious!). We made some nice hikes nearby. The condo had every thing we needed: super comfy beds, all the kitchen items we needed, plenty of room, a nice balcony, it had it all. My sister and I stayed at this condo recently for a girls trip and it was absolutely perfect! We got in late at night but the check in was flawless. We did not have to get in the car again until we left, as Main Street was only a block away and one of the lifts was within 150 yards. The decor of the condo was very nice, everything was cleaned perfectly, and the beds were very comfortable, and having the balcony at the corner was perfect! We had one thing come up and the property manager responded within minutes. Cannot think of anything that would have made this a better experience and would love to stay here again!

We’ve been to Breck 3 years in a row. This was by far the most convenient location we have stayed. You can truly walk to everything…lifts, downtown, grocery, brewery. Condo is well maintained and has everything needed for a trip in any season. Convenient heated garage provides walkway to pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, and fitness center. All facilities were well maintained and well stocked. Host is fantastic. Responded to any questions within 5 minutes. Great family stay. Will be back next year.

For the kids at heart, the Wii game console made for a little fun at night along with the game room at the pool area. I wouldn't call it much of an indoor pool but the outdoor hot tubs were awesome after a day of skiing!
The unit was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The communication to get into the unit was simple. When we had issues with a few of our key cards not working mid-stay, the owner was very responsive. 5 star rating from this family!
