Close to the sights and sounds of Duval Street yet quietly surrounded by Bougainvillea and palm trees, you will love this location. The fenced property with private pool has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. It’s perfect for vacationing with friends or kiddos who will enjoy the second-floor bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bath. The open concept living room/dining room has plenty of seating and a view of the pool area. The sunny kitchen has modern conveniences, stainless steel appliances, white cabinets, and outdoor access. The primary first floor king bedroom is adorned with two nightstands and bedside lighting. An armoire for storage, outdoor access and a private ensuite bath add to its convenience. A tiled walk-in shower, pedestal sink and dresser storage complete the bath. In the event you need to keep an eye on a little one or an elder, the first floor has a cozy twin bedroom off the kitchen with a small dresser and bedside lamp. A stackable washer/dryer is conveniently located on the first floor. The second floor is home to two additional bedrooms with sloped wood ceilings and a shared Jack and Jill bath. One queen bedroom includes two bedside tables with lamps and dresser storage. The other bedroom includes two twin beds, a small dresser with a lamp, storage, and a view of the palm trees. This delightful Key West cottage style home with Dade County pine accents will allow you to genuinely enjoy the Florida lifestyle. With French doors that open onto the pool and sunshine, come enjoy your own slice of paradise! BED CONFIGURATION: The first floor includes a primary king bedroom with ensuite bath as well as a twin bedroom and half bath. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. One second floor bedroom is a queen and the other is a twin. Second floor bedrooms share a full Jack and Jill bathroom with dual sinks and glass walk in shower. *Please note this home has no tub for bathing toddlers/young children.* OUTDOOR AMENITIES: The pool with waterfall feature is heated seasonally (November through April) for an additional fee which will be assessed at the time of booking. Decking surrounds the pool for sunbathing and a grill is available for outdoor meals. A furnished, covered cabana with ceiling fan provide a respite from the sun or a wonderful place to nap. PARKING: There is designated off-street parking for one mid-size car. LOCATION: Old Town, north of Truman Ave, near restaurants, shops, and galleries. Walkable to Duval Street, the Ernest Hemingway House, and the Key West Lighthouse. This home is near to the Butterfly and Nature Conservatory as well as the Southernmost Point, one of the most photographed attractions in KW. PETS: One (1) dog allowed, up to 25 lbs, for an additional fee and completion of Pet Information addendum. Must be 1 year of age or older. Must be spayed/neutered. All vaccinations must be up to date. Please be advised some breeds are not permitted. Sorry, cats are not allowed. Lovely house in terrific location just off Duval St. Clean, quiet, loved having the “dipping pool” and outdoor poolside seating. Great communication and helpful info from management company, HKWR. We would definitely return.

We had a great stay here. The location is within walking distance to a lot on and off Duval or a quick Uber to other parts of Old Town. I really have nothing negative to say, staff was super friendly, they were able to store our bags for us coming and going. Great experience, I highly recommend.

Rented this house for a 3 night stay for our annual guys' fishing trip. 6 guys in their 50's stayed here comfortably. The house was perfectly located to walk to everything we needed. Didn't even bother to rent a car for our stay. The house was clean, well organized, and the small pool in the back was perfect for cooling off. Highly recommend!

We were in the Keys for a 40th birthday celebration. We had 8 people with us and we felt very comfortable and spread out at the house. The pool and outside area is small, but great for spending outside as a group. You are less then 1 building down from Duval and a few short blocks from the Butterfly Conservatory and Southernmost Point. The management company was incredibly informative and helpful before and during our stay. I would love to stay at another property that they manage in the future. The only cons that I had at the location is the use of physical keys (I prefer a key pad) and the very low pressure in the downstairs shower.

Our family loved staying at this home, steps from Duval St. The home was immaculate when we arrived. Ana and Susan were super responsive to all questions and offered lots of information. Loved the pool and cabana area, we were in it every day as it was very hot. Great location, great home and pool, great hosts! Highly recommend.

We rented Chick-A-Pea cottage for our son's destination wedding. The location was fantastic, the check in process was first class and the cottage itself was amazing. All 7 of us adults raved over the great amenities, especially the pool and cabana. Wonderful wedding in Key West made more special by staying here and the hosts of Historic Key West Vacation Rentals were the best. Thanks Cindy and especially Susan for the amazing experience. This has been our favorite location we have ever stayed in Key West. It was glorious to be so close to all our favorite spots in Key West, walking distance to most everything, yet this home was surprisingly quiet, just a block off Duval. The home is laid out perfectly for a family. Super smooth and easy check in and check out - communication with manager was prompt and thorough. The only complaints: Master bed was way to soft for 40-50yr old backs, we woke up in pain every morning :(. For the money we spent on renting this adorable home, a proper kitchen sponge (rather than a 50cent one from dollar store), and some kind of welcoming gift basket with coffee and snacks would have thrown this rental over the top for us.

Had a wonderful week in Key West with the family. This rental is literally only a few steps from Duval street. House and pool were vey nice. Both were clean and as advertised. Property managers did a great job staying in contact with us. Only thing I would change is the check in (check out) process. It would be nice to have someone meet you at property and leave the keys at departure at the property. Other than that, we had a great time.

This four bedroom rental worked for our family of five plus two grandparents. A bit on the small side but it was clean, had two and a half baths and the outdoor patio and small pool was a bonus. Short walk to Southernmost point and the north shoreline as well. Bike, mopeds and cart rental right around the corner. When we had questions or needs, people were responsive immediately and follow it up with us to make sure things were okay. The location off of Duval street brought nightlife right to us but with fans provided in the house, when we were ready for bed, we didn't hear much of what was going on outside the house. The only negative we experienced was roosters in the morning and a finding people laying on the sidewalk a few times in the morning --- both were harmless and we found and heard about all over near Duval street and key west.Things to ask and/or bring: there were no dish towels or dish wash cloths. There were two fans provided. Need to bring two more if you want to have one for each room.

Very nice Cottage , well decorated and comfortable. The location was quiet but easy walk to shopping. The pool and cabana was enjoyed through out the stay. The downside was the person next door apparently went to an auction and bought 5 used police cars and parked 2 in front of the front porch which I pointed out to management and they remained during our stay.

Picture perfect key west cottage
The cutest little cottage right off duval street. Stayed with a group of 6 girls and it was perfect. Cute little pool and outdoor area to hang out at the end of the day, clean accommodations and the property management was excellent with communication and offering to help plan our trip. Loved it!

Convenient location,cute little cottage and very clean and organized. I gave 4 stars on accuracy of listing, only because it was misleading in how big (or small) the property was (specifically the outdoor & pool area) --but not totally their fault, I was mislead by the pictures ☺️

Little Gem
We rented this house with family last week and I have to say that the house is adorable! It has all the Key West character in a home that your looking for. The home is immaculate and they literally thought of every single thing you need. All you have to do is bring your toothbrush. Cindy and the staff members in the office were so friendly and accommodating. This experience made lifetime memories with my family and I am so grateful! Thank you! We will be back!
