Located in Tybee Island, this charming condo for $215 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This is a first floor side condo. You have a great pool view and pretty water view beyond the pool. The location of Sandy Toes is great! It's located in building A which is our larger building. The handicap access is also right across from our door. The beachfront pool is about 100 feet from this condo and the beach boardwalk runs along side of the pool. New king size bed is super comfy. The living room furniture is also quite comfortable. You have large sofa and swivel chair. There is dining for two by the window to the balcony. You have a 43 inch TV with Blu Ray player where you can get Netflix, Hulu and a variety of other perks wherever you have an account. The bedroom TV is 24 inch. There is also private secure wifi in the condo. You will find DVDs and CDs in the top drawer of the living room cabinet. Also on the cabinet is a CD player. There is a charging station that will charge up to four devices at once. Just bring your USB cable. Please note - there is only one parking space provided with this condo. Check in time is 4:00 p.m. and check out time is 10:00 a.m. Smoking is not allowed in the condo or on the balcony. Beach Warnings: - Glass bottles are not allowed on the beach. - Do not touch or go near sea turtles or their nests. (large fines imposed for both these things)

The property was dated but relatively accommodating. The activities book is 4 years put of date. Would have appreciated better lighting in bedroom and towel rack in kitchen, outlets for phones in bedroom and more hangers. Small creature comforts would be nice for the price paid. Overall great stay.

We choose the north side of the island. Supposed to be quiet. Which for the most part it is. The renters around us all younger and LOUD AND PARTY all night. Walls are paper thin so you hear everything. The Police came one night. If they stayed in there condo it wouldn't be so bad. They go up and down the long hall ways making as much noise as possible. Absolutely NO noise inforcement at all. Even thou they state there is a noise ordinance. Pathetic!!!!

We were very pleased with our stay. It was quiet and clean, with a comfortable king bed, and just steps away from the pool and beach. The owner had several thoughtful touches such as an abundance of fluffy towels, many books to read, and beach chairs and towels if needed. The location was close enough to many other locations, so it was easy to walk as a convenience. If we return to Tybee, I would happily stay here again!

Nothing over the top but it was OK. Cleanliness was a bit of an issue to be honest. Dust layers on the Bathroom Lights, Kitchen Sink not draining, Stains in the tub plus the shower reeked of sulfur and rotten eggs. The couch needs to be changed as you sink into it, did not help my back one bit. Having said that this little place has a lot of potential. These issues need to be addressed though before we would even consider a return visit.

Had a great stay here with my husband. We were close enough to down town Tybee, that it took nothing to get there. Loved that we could bring food back to eat at the condo. Overall great location.

Condo had everything we needed and was the perfect size for two. Property was very well kept. Very short walk to the beach with easy access. Property monitor was very helpful. I missed having a washer and dryer but was aware when booking. Laundry facilities located on the floor and reasonably priced.

It took longer to get my bathing suit on and umbrella gathered up than it did to walk to the beach! Bed firmness was perfect, not too hard but not thin and cheap. SUPER CLEAN!!

Loved the ease of the property. We had a view of the pool and with a short stroll we were in front the bayside of the ocean. Spectacular sunset. The place was very well cared for and Cheryl was very responsive and accommodating. The pool and grounds are maintained and clean. We drove to restaurants and ice cream, although you could easily walk to most things. Thank you for a special time I shared with my sister that weekend. It was most appreciated!

Me and my best friend wanted a girls getaway at the beach. This was a halfway point from SC and AL and it was perfect for a low key girls weekend! Close enough to Savannah you could go in and have dinner and shop if you wanted or just stay in the island!! Just what we needed!!!

Just what we needed

Just what we needed

It was just what we needed for our getaway. Perfectly located in a gated resort. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything you would need. It is on the first floor and close to handicap ramp witch made for easy access. Look forward to renting again.

We really enjoyed staying on North beach Tybee Island! The beach access and pool area were really nice and relaxing! The condo was small but fit our needs. It could use a bit more attention to cleanliness and we did contact the condo owner about this. The check in process was less than par and some what stressful arriving in the evening to find the key To the condo was not it the lock box as instructed. But, once we contacted the owner, the property manager promptly responded to let us in. Everyone we met around the property were very friendly and we did enjoy our time there. We appreciated the beach chairs and towels the condo provided. We would have liked to have been able to park a rented golf cart in our parking space since we did not have a car on the Island but found the breezy taxi service to be reasonably priced and convenient to get around the Island. We used Uber to go to Savannah for a day for around $40 round trip. Huckapoos is something to experience with good food & drinks within walking distance from the condo property! We hope to return to Tybee Island in the near future!!

We had a perfect long autumn weekend at Sandy Toes. It was clean and comfortable and the property is very secure. It’s such a nice setting for morning walks on the beach. We will definitely be back!!
