Kitchen: fully-stocked kitchen with all the essential kitchenware you need to prepare a home-cooked meal, coffee maker, dishwasher, and brand new appliances BEDROOMS: Three bedrooms with a full bathroom for each. Each bedroom contains a queen bed with fresh, clean linens and a plush mattress and pillows. Each bathroom has been recently renovated. Very nice townhouse in Oak Lawn. Clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. Owner was very responsive and also left us a nice gift.

We really liked the house. Location is good. House is nicely laid out. 3 Queen bedrooms all with full baths. Owner provided many special touches. The two car attached garage was useful too. It was nice that they have a lot of baby items as well since our 3 month old grandson came with his parents for a visit. The park-n-play was super helpful. Only complaint was the kitchen lacked enough silverware, dishes, glassware, cooking items like knives (very dull) and no containers for leftovers. There was one small mixing bowl. It made it challenging to cook. We ended up buying knives and a few other things for the kitchen. Overall, we liked the house and hope to stay there again.

The owners were wonderful to work with. We arrived a few hours before check in and they allowed us to get into the property so we could put our toddler down for a nap. The place was clean and exactly as pictured. They even set up the pack n play for us so it was ready. There was plenty of room for us all. We felt at home in the property. It was very walkable to darling coffee shops, Snooze for breakfast and local markets. We really enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend this property.

We had a nice experience. The house looks just like the pictures and the hosts were very responsive. There are a lot of homeless peoeple around the neighborhood, nothing the hosts can do about it.

We loved everything about our stay. My family of 4 (including 2 toddlers) enjoyed our stay. We loved that there was a high chair, a pack n play, kid books, and toys. We were not expecting to have books or toys! What a bonus. The home was clean and loved that there was shampoo, conditioner, and soap for us. It was a great central location and close to everything! My husband easily walked to get dinner for us. We felt safe.

Beds were amazingly comfy, very clean home, good Internet access and I love how close it is to downtown (within easy walking distance to several restaurants). Owner communicated quickly and was accommodating! I really appreciate that this home has a garage to park your vehicle inside.

Tram, my Host was easy to work with & super responsive from start to finish. I was there for 33 days and the location very safe, convenient and quiet. The unit had everything we needed. Great layout, clean & everything in great condition. Could walk to lots of restaurants, Katy Trail and Turtle Creek. I highly recommend and would def stay here again. Exceeded my expectations 👍

I took a group of five to Dallas for a girls weekend and loved this home!! The location was wonderful with easy access to uptown, downtown, Oaklawn, and Highland Park. All the beds were really comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of space for all of us. We didn't use the outside deck but having the garage was very convenient. The owners were great to work with. Highly recommend this space!

Place was great, perfect for our family of 4 (definitely could accommodate a larger party). Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of coffee (Keurig) so don't need to buy that. Great location - we walked to Snooze for brunch, plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. One thing to note - we felt comfy letting our teenager sleep on the first floor while we and our other teen slept on the 3rd floor - it feels like a safe neighborhood - but just wanted to call that out in case its helpful for others to know. Loved our stay!

The location was perfect! Close to everything. The Host(s) had all the conveniences needed and even provided coffee and sugar, which was very nice. The beds were very comfortable and we were very impressed with how clean it was. I would highly recommend staying here if you are traveling to the area!

Beds comfy and house was nice and clean. Appreciated all of the baby-related amenities. Main bath was luxurious and all rooms had great space. Our only suggestion would be to have regular cable or maybe a guide to using current system. We’ll be back!!

It was perfect! My husband and I split this with another athlete’s family. It was cozy enough to feel warm and inviting, but enough room for everybody to not feel like they were on top of each other! We would go for runs and walks at the Turtle Creek Park, great restaurants within walking distance, a Kroger right around the corner, and the West Village for a nice dinner only a mile away! If we have the Junior Olympics there again, I will definitely be staying at the Throckmorton St. Townhouse!

5 of us friends came for a girls trip. Great house, nice furnishings and extra touches, comfy beds and bedding, everything we needed. Great location, nice neighborhood and lots of yummy places to eat close by.
