Nestled in Marco Island, this lovely house for $644 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Closest rentable house to the Madiera Beach Access (less than a 4 minute walk)! Gorgeous home with fantastic location 1 block from beach! We just completely remodeled the house in November 2015. We painted the exterior of the house 8/16. We purchased all brand new furniture and linens. Brand new flat screen TV's for all 3 BR's and on the lanai. This is like a brand new house for the winter season! Summer 2017 we purchased brand new patio furniture and lounge chairs. This home (which sleeps 6) has been renovated and features a new wonderful granite chef’s kitchen . This island retreat has all the amenities that many vacationers are seeking – an inviting, private heated pool, a screened-in lanai with a flat screen TV and chaise lounges, intimate outdoor covered dining for the entire family surrounded by tropical palm trees and a hedge, and a rear yard for the kids to play. So many places to sit and gather – a spacious, open living room with vaulted ceilings that includes a comfortable couch with a HDTV and DVD Player; a casual dining nook in the gourmet kitchen that includes a dining table that seats 6 which is perfect for games or enjoying a delicious meal and a great breakfast bar with stools to enjoy your morning coffee. The expansive master suite with ceramic hardwood floors has a large walk in closet and en-suite full bath with double vanity is separated from the other guest bedrooms for the ideal place to retreat after a day at the beach. Relax in the comfortable, king bed watching the HDTV and DVD Player. Bedroom 2 has a cozy queen bed with a relaxing pool view and ensuite full bath. Bedroom 3 is decorated coastal chic with two twin beds and shares the guest bathroom with tub/shower combination. The full pool bath and outdoor shower is an ideal convenience when spending the day poolside. Stay connected with the high speed WIFI throughout the home and the lanai. Read a book, or choose one of the board games to play with friends and family. You won’t run out of things to do! Situated in a quiet neighborhood off of Maple Ave., this home is located near restaurants and shopping, and the beach is within a 5 minute walking distance. Just returned from a month long stay and we could not have ask for any better accommodations and communication with owner. The house is beautiful, well stocked, plenty pool and beach supplies and just a short walk to the beach. Many restaurants are within walking distance also. I really cannot say enough good things about the house and surrounding neighborhood.

Love this property. We would stay here again. Walking into the house made you feel right at home. Very close to the beach and the heated pool was awesome. Very friendly atmosphere. Enjoyed local restaurants. Watching the sunset from the Marriott was something to see.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously! The house is located so close to the beach, and the rooms were all spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was very nice but a heads up to families with young kids- it’s very deep and there’s no real shallow area at the entrance. It also has very little shade and the floor tiles around the pool are very slippery. Loved the nice bathrooms in the house and ample towels, and the bathroom door to the patio was also convenient. We wish the bikes would have been available as they were included in the photos, and the handle for the beach wagon was broken making it hard to use. The owner is very responsive and overall we had a wonderful time staying at this property!

Incredible location in a beautiful house
Could not be more pleased with the entire process. The owner was readily available for a couple of questions we had. The house was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a great long weekend. The location is ideal...less than 5 minutes to a beautiful beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean and cute house close to beach!
We enjoyed our stay in Villa Blanca! The house was very clean, in a great location and was perfect for the amount of time we were there. Everything was very comfortable and nicely updated. Communication with Tracy was easy and she called to check in upon our arrival to see if everything was okay, which was very nice of her. She knew exactly when we arrived due to the several monitoring cameras around the house. The house is in a great location and you can easily walk to the beach. Two people in our group used the provided beach wagon, chairs and umbrella for a couple of hours at the beach. It was nice that they these were provided for our use. Overall, this is a super house and you can't go wrong staying here!
Just a little food for thought...If guests are expected to wash all beach towels and bath towels (only allowed to leave one towel per person upon departure) please leave laundry soap for this. It was an inconvenience to have to go buy soap to wash towels for a service we thought we paid for. While mentioning the towels, they were worn and pretty thin. Also, with check out time being at 10:00 am and having to have the laundry done, all garbage cans emptied and dishes clean and put away, makes for a very rushed morning. I'm sorry we weren't able to get dishes out of dishwasher before we left... just didn't have time to have breakfast and wait for dishwasher to run and put things away. ;)

Beautiful Home
We were attending a wedding in Marco Island so we decided to stay for a week and find a house that my wife and I and our two children and their spouses could all stay in. We picked out Villa Blanca based on the reviews and the house was perfect for our family and very close to the beach where all of the wedding festivities were held. The three bedrooms & three bathrooms were great for our family. Loved the pool and lanai for lounging around during the day and grilling out for dinners. Kitchen and house were well equipped for anything we needed and everything overall was very comfortable. House is close to the beach and many great restaurants. This will be our new go to vacation rental whenever we visit Marco Island!! Thank you Tracey for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Perfect In Everyway!
This home was absolutely perfect for my family. We attended a wedding over Memorial Day weekend and the location was ideal. We could walk to all the festivities at the JW Marriott in the evening and during the day we walked to the beach. We used the beach wagon and chairs included with the house and that worked out great. The entrance to the beach access is literally a 2-3 minute walk.
Tracey's home is immaculate. The layout is perfect for three couples, each with their own private bath. The outdoor pool was such an added bonus. Anything you might need for your stay is provided. I loved the home so much, I want to move it North and live in it forever.
Tracey is a wonderful hostess, very responsive and so nice. We are already talking about a return trip.

Wedding visit
Perfect location in quiet neighborhood for our friends wedding at JW Marriott with short walk to beach and hotel, but able to enjoy the comforts of a home. A few issues with the house being ready for us (water main was off and HVAC tech had to be called in each of the first few days), but the owner was readily available and got folks on site quickly to addressed the issue. House is comfortable, well equipped and we spent a lot of time in the pool and enjoying the comfortable outdoor patio furniture and TV. Overall a great stay for our group of 6. I would recommend this property to anyone making a trip to Marco (far more economincal than $400+ per night they were seeking at JW for a single hotel room!)

Return Guests
We are return guests to Villa Blanca (4 times!). We always enjoy our time at the house and feel at home when we arrive. The home is well maintained and has everything you could possibly need from kitchen tools to beach equipment. The patio and pool area serves as an extra outdoor living room with wonderful sunshine in the afternoon. The location is perfect for beach access and any other island activities. Tracey the owner is attentive and easy to work with.

What a wonderful vacation! The house was beautiful, a block away from the beach and walking distance to great restaurants and shops! The house was fully equipped with beach chairs, pool rafts, plenty of beach towels, and even a washer and dryer! Tracey was wonderful to deal with. We love both of her properties and look forward to renting again from her in the future!

Absolutely wonderful home!!
This property in Marco Island was more than we could have hoped for. The home is spacious, beautifully decorated, very clean and literally a 5 minute walk to the beach. Our favorite thing about the home itself was the outdoor seating area by the pool. It was so relaxing and private. We started our day on the lanai with coffee and ate all of our lunches and dinners out there when we didn’t go to one of the great local restaurants. The swimming pool is very large and we really enjoyed all of the rafts and pool toys that were made available. Also everything we needed for a day at the beach was provided, i.e., umbrellas, beach chairs, sand toys for kids, a wagon, coolers, etc. We traveled with our 19 month old grandson and the house has a pac n play and portable high chair. The kitchen is well equipped and it was nice to have use of a washer and dryer as well. There is nothing we would change about this home. Thank you White family for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful vacation home! It truly made our Florida vacation one to remember!

Beautiful modern fully equipped home within walking distance to the beach
This home made our stay on Marco a lovely experience. 3 bed, 3 bath, big heated pool with a deep end, private back yard around the screened in pool area. We stayed in January and had a few cold nights so we wished there was a hot tub. I think that’s the only thing that could of made the stay better. We’ll probably be back some time.

We absolutely LOVED this property.
Like those before us, we are hesitant to share what a great property this was for us. As they say Location, Location, Location...this property has that. We could easily walk to the beach. The owners provide a nice wagon and 6 beach chairs for you to use for ease in coming and going to the beach. If you love a beach theme, this house has that. Several local restaurants will provide Uber service to/from their properties. That was a bonus! We will absolutely be back next year. Thank you to the White family for sharing their beautiful home with us.

Tracy was a great host and the house was perfect for our vacation getaway. Steps away from the beach and a short ride to great restaurants. We also enjoyed the pool and mornings sitting on the lanai drinking coffee!
