About this condo rental
Nestled in Mammoth Lakes, this attractive condo for $161 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This large but cozy condo at Fireside at The Village is only steps from The Village with a free gondola that whisks you to Canyon Lodge, and numerous Village shops and restaurants. Enjoy the ultimate in convenience when you stay in one of our large one bedroom condos at Fireside. Village, shops, restaurants, and events are only steps away, without the noise or parking hassles. Think of it - the perfect powder day, and no digging out your car, or waiting for a packed shuttle bus - just stroll over to the gondola! Summer stays are also special - breakfast on the deck, and just steps to the mountain bike shuttle, local festivals, and the new path or shuttle to the Lakes basin. Fireside 114 is a renovated first floor condo that features a cozy decor with all the comforts of home. There is new carpet, and a new Tuft and Needle king bed in the bedroom, and a great queen sleeper sofa in the living room across from the wood burning fireplace. The kitchen is well equipped, and the large deck has a gas grill. There is a flat screen TV with DVD, wireless high internet access, and a second flat screen in the bedroom. Keyless entry makes for easy access, and a ski closet is provided for all your gear. Towels and linens are provided. The condo has wireless high speed internet. Parking for one car is provided, with additional vehicles accommodated on a space available basis. The Fireside complex is small and quiet, but features a great indoor pool, sauna and hot tub with views of the Sherwins. This is a non smoking condo. Smoking is only allowed outside. Pets may be allowed on a case by case basis, subject to a pet fee, but are not generally accepted over the holidays. The description shown in this listing is for Fireside 114. Extremely convenient location in the Village. A couple of minutes to walk to the gondola, which was the major selling point of the unit. Great communication with the manager when we had a parking issue. The unit is slightly older and the bathroom is on the smaller side. But all in all, a great rental.

There was a minor hiccup at check in but we were so impressed with Tracy Spencer who fixed it promptly. We also appreciated how close the unit was to the Village Gondola --great ski on ski off location. Excellent WiFi and TV set up.

But I suppose that comes with the territory of condo living.
That said, I still recommend the unit for the ease of access to Canyon Lodge!

Short Walk to Brewery
Walking Distance to Brewery and other shops/food. Host was very understanding of our situation being evacuated from home due to a wliland fire and helped us out.

We found a location without any problems. We arrived late Thursday night. Parking was very convenient. The condominium was immaculate. We felt at home, safe and comfortable. Instructions were all very easy; from check in to check out. The place could not have been better. I will definitely stay there again and again.

Perfect for our small family and our dog
Fireside is centrally located near the Mammoth Village. The condo is nicely decorated and so comfortable. We stay here every time we visit the mountain. Tracy, the condo owner, is very responsive to any issues that come up. I highly recommend staying in either of her three properties as she’s efficient and genuinely helpful and wonderful to work with! Additionally, she allows us to bring our dog and Mammoth is very pet friendly.

Perfect first time visit to Mammoth
This was my families first visit to Mammoth and we really enjoyed our stay. We've stayed in other properties where pets were allowed and we were very pleased with how clean the condo was. Tracy was the perfect host, very communicative and thorough in the check-in/check-out instructions. We had no trouble at all. The unit was nicely stocked with supplies we needed to make a few meals there. The condo is centrally located to shops and restaurants and not too far away from the slopes. We would recommend Tracy's place to anyone traveling with kids and pets.
