Nestled in Estes Park, this charming condo for $225 per night is a great choice for your next break. This Black Canyon Chalet (Licensed Estes Park #6013) 2 bedroom, 1 ½ bath condo provides all the comforts of home with a setting that defines Rocky Mountain National Park. Kitchen and main bath recently renovated, new carpet in 2021. The condo is nestled behind the Stanley Hotel overlooking the historic MacGregor Ranch in the Black Canyon Creek area of Estes Park. Lumpy Ridge borders the area offering dramatic views. This property is just ¾ of a mile north of downtown Estes Park and gives you easy access to all the events in the area while providing the privacy to be fully immersed in the beauty of this mountain retreat. All of our visitors are struck by the amazing view from the deck but equally enjoy the care put into the comfort and cleanliness of this spacious condo. The condo sleeps 4 adults. The master bedroom and upstairs loft bedroom have queen size beds. Please review pictures to see the layout of the rooms. A pack and play is available for little ones. The spacious deck will be one of your favorite places to barbecue, relax and watch the birds and wildlife in their natural habitat. Amenities include: coffee maker, three flat panel TVs (YouTube TV), Gigabit wireless internet, hair dryer, fresh linens, plenty of cooking pans, basic spices for grilling. Our stay was everything we'd hoped for. The condo was lovely and had everything we could possibly need (including shovels for the snow we got on the first few days of our trip). It was also very convenient getting into downtown Estes Park, too.
Thank you Jolene and Jim for taking the time to decorate for the holidays and for the wonderful stay.

Every morning during our stay were would watch the sun come up and illuminate the valley that is visible from the dinner table. You will never get tired of the view.
The condo is very comfortable and had all of the amenities that we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable.
Access to Rocky Mountain National Park could hardly have been easier and it is just a short walk into downtown Estes Park. Will definitely rent again!

This is such a nice place to stay in Estes Park. It's super convenient and comfortable. It has everything you need to cook, relax and enjoy the spectacular view. It also has great viewing options.

Upon our arrival the property was not cleaned as there was a miscommunication with the cleaning crew. However, Jim and Jolene answered a phone call and had a cleaning crew sent immediately to the property. Due to time restraints on our end of things we ended up not staying at this property. This property was exactly as advertised and had a great view! Jim and Jolene were easy to communicate with and were quick to fix the miscommunication.

We got married at Black Canyon Inn, and stayed at Jim + Jolene’s place for the week of our wedding. It was perfect. Such a beautiful view from the dining room and front deck, and located literally across the street from our venue which was so convenient. Check in was easy, and Jim and Jolene were very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Estes Park!

The condo was perfect for us. Our daughter and 2 grandsons joined us for one day/night. Our 2 year old grandson was....well 2 years old! I hope his rambunctiousness and crying in the evening did not disrupt our neighbors. I was a bit concerned and hate to be the annoying neighbor! They departed and left my husband and I to relax and enjoy the views, hiking and lovely town of Estes. My husband and I would highly recommend this condo as it was the perfect location, it was clean and the view was beautiful! We would certainly stay here again!

The property was clean and nicely furnished. I had the upstairs bedroom. My only concern would be that the pillows were not comfortable on the bed. The views were spectacular and the book on the table was helpful with information. You have an interesting collections of books and games available. Really, your place was just perfect for a getaway. Felt at home.

We enjoyed the location and the unit. Views were great, the kitchen was well stocked, and the location was very convenient.
The bed upstairs is a little hard and without AC we got hot at night even with windows open and fans running. That would not stop us from booking again though. We felt that we got great value from the stay.

Was a excellent location with a beautiful view. Was disappointed that was listed as a 5 person place n when asked where the 5th bed was told it was a pack n play so had to bring our own air mattress n ended up finding out there was a pull out couch

Well maintained property. Furnishings were not so new that you we're afraid to ruin anything. Extremely clean. The location was great to local downtown area yet far enough away to enjoy beautiful views and wildlife. only suggestion is to have linens for pull out couch. Had all other amenities that were needed.

This is a really nice condo with a beautiful view! It is well furnished, clean and with a great book of information about the property within the unit. Minutes away from Safeway for groceries and from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and highly recommend.

This is a pretty and cozy condominium with a rustic but cheerful decor and feel. My husband and I so loved this location. The view of the Rocky Mountains is just incredible and it was a very short drive to the Park. So many trails to choose from! We had the best sorts of weather, a little snow to make it pretty but still able to hike! The Condo has everything you need! Pick up food at the Safeway around the corner or go to a nearby restaurant. We mostly cooked in. I would highly recommend this vacation spot. It was a dream!

My husband and I visit the Rockies at least once every year, this condo was one of the nicest ones we’ve had the pleasure to visit. Comfortable, convenient and beautiful views. The only minor tweak I could suggest is upgraded pillows and mattress. But we are very spoiled to tempurpedic so this is not to say they were bad! We will definitely visit this lovely condo again!

We had a wonderful time. We looked at a lot of properties online but selected this one because of the view! It did not disappoint. The location was great - close to town, close to Rocky Mountain National Park, close to the grocery store, and in a beautiful area. The property was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was great and perfect for cooking Thanksgiving Dinner. Thankyou for giving us the opportunity to share your home.

The pictures do not convey how this condo feels like “home”! It is spacious, yet cozy. We decided to cook dinner in the condo the night we arrived. The kitchen is very well stocked with all you need. The location is perfect and close to good restaurants, grocery store, downtown, etc. The view from the living room is exceptional!! Directions are easy as well. Contact with the owners was easy. I will say that the beds are on the “very firm” side.

Wow, what a truly incredible vacation we had staying in this amazing condo in Estes Park. The location was absolutely fantastic and the place was just perfect. So cozy and comfortable with a beautiful kitchen. The views were just gorgeous and we loved everything about the homey condo. This was our first time visiting Estes Park, Colorado and it was truly the most beautiful place we have ever been. RMNP is just magical. We did lots of hikes and spent most of our time in the great outdoors of Colorado. The downtown area is charming with lots of great places to shop and eat. We will definitely return and hopefully stay in Jim and Jolene’s little piece of heaven. We highly recommend this awesome home. We will always remember spending our 2nd Wedding Anniversary in beautiful Estes Park. ♥️

Loved this property for our recent trip to Estes park and RMNP! The property was exceptional! We loved sitting on the deck in the afternoon with a glass of wine and enjoying the Mountain View’s! 4 min drive into town. Grocery store also quick drive. We can’t wait to come back!

This was the perfect place for my wife and me to celebrate our anniversary. The view from the deck is incredible and it's close to everything but still outside of "downtown" Estes Park and very quiet. We were happy with every aspect of the trip and condo.

This property is well appointed, very clean, close to anything you’d want in Estes Park and only minutes from the Fall River entrance to RMNP. Access in and out is easy, and the view from the porch is amazing. A mule deer came by several evenings and hummingbirds were frequent visitors. We will definitely be back!
