Could have been cleaner. The kitchen knobs are sticky, there were dirty dishes in the cabinet, the floors had food crumbs. The place needed to be aired out The couches were very uncomfortable but the beds were comfortable.

I've started at quite a few rentals, and this was by far the very most comfortable bed I've ever found in one. We were a very short walk from the beach and we could sew the ocean from the balcony. Exactly what was advertised.

Our family of 5 (with kids aged 10, 7, and 4) enjoyed our stay. The location and proximity to the beach and downtown is perfect! This rental unit has all the basics - kitchen was stocked with necessary appliances and cookware but there is a very sparse pantry so plan on bringing or buying everything you need for cooking. The kitchen is NOT stocked with any plastic cups or plates for kids so bring your own if you need them, as well as containers for leftovers throughout your stay or ziploc bags/foil etc. You’ll also need to lay out a towel to dry any dishes you hand wash as there was not a drying rack. Dishwasher worked great. 😉 There were plentiful towels, extra blankets etc. There were only one or two puzzles/games and they weren’t good for little kids so definitely your own! One of the biggest frustrations was poor lighting in the bedrooms. There was one lamp for the room with the bunk beds and queen and it’s not on the switch, so it was kind of clunky to get the light on and off when entering that bedroom. The master had two lamps but the lamp connected to the light switch had a bad connection and flickered on and off so much that we hardly used it, so both bedrooms were quite dark!! Bring your own nightlights if needed!! There was only one in the bathroom in the hall. Some aspects of the unit just generally seemed a little rundown, and ready for an upgrade. There was a lot of mysterious tape on the bathtub where it meets the floor(not sure what it was for??) and no drain stopper for the bathtub. The master bedroom (and main bathroom) had magnetized doorstops. Not a terrible idea in general but the one for the master bedroom magnetized to a metal strip above the closet and made a startling bang as the metal flexed every time you got ready to close the door at night. BUT…overall this place had everything we needed. Hopefully the pool will be open when you come to stay. We were alerted right before our trip that it would be closed for emergency repairs and are still bummed about not getting to swim. We chose this particular condo location eith the two bedrooms and kitchen WITH a pool instead of a hotel for our Spring Break, but didn’t get to use the pool. 😭The suggestion Vacasa sent us for an alternate pool were NOT comparable or convenient. Still feeling a bit devastated about that but ended up exploring the area and found some amazing beaches to check out instead. Seaside is a super fun place to stay.

We went for our anniversary. It was close to everything. Short walk to the promenade and right by the beach.

This condo is an older condo for sure. Needs a bit of TLC. But we can’t complain, the price was good, the location was perfect(no driving for us. Just a short walk to beach and town) the beds were so comfortable, the staff was very friendly, the place was clean and the pool was perfect. Overall, we had a very relaxing stay and would come again.
