THINGS TO KNOW Sand & Sea is a non-smoking property. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 5. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. From the floors to the furniture, appliances, counters, baths, tv, absolutely everything is amazing in this unit. Perfect modem clean superb home, a big thank you to the owners, we really enjoyed it. 💕

This condo has a fantastic view of the beach that can’t be beat, but it is in serious need of new carpets, furniture, kitchen equipment and overall updating renovations. It was cleaned well by the staff, but at the same time felt grimy simply because everything is so old and worn down. If you choose to stay here, you’ll probably enjoy it but I’m sure there are nicer options in the same complex with the same view you should check out first.

What a gem of a location. We are already planning to return again next year! You cant beat the view of the ocean. The space is dated, wished it included foil or plastic wrap and the dishwasher is touchy. Overall we were very happy with the space.

Great location and beautiful layout with floor to ceiling windows of the beach. The full length mirror was a genius idea to make the condo appear larger and open. I would have given a 5 star if not for the sofas and master bed. Both are in desperate need of replacement. Everything else was fantastic!

Location and view are of course 5 star, unit is a bit outdated, but overall worked out well. Beds are super comfortable, recliner worked great for elderly mom, the unit needs a vacuum cleaner and popcorn popper, but otherwise well stocked. This property is literally a dump. My husband and I walked in to an overwhelming smell that made you feel like you were suffocating.
The furniture was absolutely disgusting to the point where you question how badly you want to sit down.
The carpets are horrific, and there's a sign at the entrance telling you to remove your shoes. That's cute.
Every piece of furniture looks like it was picked up from the side of the road on garbage day. It's so old and filthy, it's not even funny.
Now, let's talk about location. AMAZING! This is the one saving grace this property has. Floor to ceiling windows, beautiful views. I will say, the chairs on the patio seem new-ish. Those were purchased within the decade.
Bottom line is, choose another condo. This one is disgusting and NOT worth the money.

You will get the same floor plan in every condo but the renovations and furnishings will be different in every one. The main couch is worn out in this unit. The dishwasher is incredibly loud so don't plan to use it at night. A couple of shades on the huge west-facing windows were missing so you do get a major sunlight blast in the late afternoon. That being said, we'd still stay here again without hesitation. We like the location of the building being just off the main street. The views of the ocean are hard to beat as well. Limited interactions with the on-site office staff but friendly and responsive. Wi-fi was good for child tablet streaming.
