There was more than enough space for my family. I especially appreciated the details for entertainment like ping pong, hot tub, toys for our toddler and workout room. So close to the beach and to downtown entertainment.

Perfect location - we were able to walk, bike or drive in to downtown. We enjoyed hot tub, ping pong, Foosball and barbecue. Great big kitchen. Lots of space. Everyone had a great time.

The place was bigger than expected and accommodated us all really well. I only had two big complaints, The first is that we specifically picked and paid extra for a place with a hot tub, we were notified a day before our stay that there would not be a hot tub. The second is that the house could use some TLC, everything is on the verge of needing replaced. The chairs in the kitchen are completely covered in stains, there were beer cans left on the porch and it smelt very moldy downstairs

We chose this listing primarily for the two king size beds, and it did not disappoint. The beds were huge and super comfortable. The interior was immaculate, although the home could use a thorough exterior cleaning (dirty, cobwebbed screens, patio detritus, nothing egregious or nasty). Overall we were very pleased, and would not hesitate to recommend this listing to a friend.

The size of the house was excellent and there was plenty of activities for our kids such as toys game room. I also appreciated that there were beach items at the house and a stroller. There was enough kitchen supplies. The only issue we had was the bathrooms keep clogging it at one point we were all waiting for one bathroom. Overall really joyed our stay.

Spacious, very clean. Large, comfortable beds. Super quick and easy access to stores/dining/entertainment in Seaside. Nice, central location between Cannon Beach and Astoria to give plenty of things to do. Great for a weekend away, or a week vacation. Would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful experience. A beautiful home, a warm and inviting feeling when we walked into the home. The kitchen was wonderful, with all of the tools and dishes and appliances to make great meals. The deck with the grill was also a plus! Everyone loved the 2 week old hot tub which is maintained weekly by a very professional technician. The family had fun with foosball, table tennis and all the toys available. It wa nice to have chairs for the beach, a kite and many other items that made our stay amazing. We did not have the correct code to access the hot tub key, but we called and got the code.on this same call we let them know that there were only 2 televisions that worked, the one in the master bedroom (where our daughter stayed 50th birthday present). We were told that they would come by the next day to correct it. They never came or called. The air conditioning didn’t seem to work. But we opened windows which gave us a wonderful sea breeze. We have never been asked to handle and do laundry carrying it to the 3rd floor, or to take the trash and recycling out, and start a load of dishes, we’re on vacation
right?

4 gals celebrating 60 years of friendship! We loved the house and the amenities, however were disappointed that it looked like their cleaners left mid-job. Garbage had not been taken out, the beautiful dining table had not been wiped off, had to call for towels (which got delivered promptly) only to discover at check out time that the dryer was full of towels). One bedroom had a used beach towel between the bed and dresser, and another had boxer shorts sticking out under the bed. They sent a cleaner over the next day which was appreciated, however we declined as we had already set cleaning into motion. The house is outstanding, easy to get to, comfortable to visit in and beautifully decorated. I feel that their paid cleaners are letting them down.

Not sure I’d book this one again. The house was certainly large enough for our group. But several things were not working. Most disappointing was the hot tub; I didn’t notice it before booking, but there was a “hot tub” fee. A little annoying, but oh well. But we would later realize only one of the jets worked. I’m only annoyed with this because of the fee paid. There were also no towels for the hot tub. There weren’t enough towels for showers, let alone for the hot tub, so we were constantly washing towels. One out of our group even went and bought their own beach towels for the stay. The light in the laundry room was out and the dryer had to run twice to get everything dry. The remotes for most of the tvs either were missing batteries or the batteries were dead. The oven in the kitchen only had one burner we could get to light. This was also a duplex; it wasn’t an issue, but the listing does say it is the whole house so we were a little confused at first, just something to be aware of. For the price paid, there were just a lot of things that needed repair & things that were missing. The house was located in a decent spot, an easy walk to the beach and a quick drive to shopping.

House was large and better than we expected. Great for our group of mostly teenagers. Kitchen has an island (not a peninsula) and lots of appliances like a waffle maker and crockpot and two toasters. We walked to the beach, use the hot tub, washed laundry, use the BBQ, and used every space. There are minor things that need to be done. For example, the ice machine did not dispense ice or water. One of the sinks and two of the tubs were slow to drain. The door to the deck has a faulty handle that is really difficult to open. The dryer looks like it needs to be replaced because the lint trap torn, warped, and looks like it melted. We also could not find a hot tub key so we weren’t able to use it the first day until we got a replacement. I left the hot tub key on the kitchen counter. Beds were comfortable and linens were ok. We were busy and did not use the weight room or game room.

We had a lot of fun staying in Seaside! The house could use a little updating but we greatly appreciated the plastic wear for the kiddos and the game room and movies were all great. I understand people take things from hotels and homes but not having beach towels available was disappointing. We ended up buying some and leaving a few. Never did figure out how to access the garage, even after an email to the manager. And there were homeless in the lot next door but the police moved them along, tho it wasn't an issue for us and we didn't call them. Overall, it fit our extended family nicely and the kids loved the beach!

We stayed at this house with two families. The inside of this house is great and location to the beach is nice but the street it’s located on is less then desirable. There is an abandoned lot located nextdoor where homeless people hang out and you can hear people yelling all hours of the day.The house is large and has lots of room to spread out. But the outside of the house in the hot tub area is overgrown and the fence is falling apart. It’s unfortunate because this would be a great property if the outside of the house was cleaned up and a new fence put up around the hot tub area. The workout room is also nice.
