A mix of carpeted and hardwood floors, comfortable furnishings, and bright natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows give this recently renovated condo a homey elegance. With a book in hand from the home's own collection, take a seat and warm yourself by the gas fireplace in the living room. Maybe lounge on the blue sofa or the floral armchair and flip on the large TV to watch a movie or a show on the provided cable and DVD/VHS player. WiFi is also included, so you can keep connected with family and friends or answer a few work emails. A classic wood table with seating sits beneath a rustic chandelier. It's right next to enormous windows, so you can sit and enjoy a meal while watching the waves roll in. All of the major appliances, as well as a dishwasher and a microwave, make up the well-equipped kitchen, so all you need to bring are your fresh ingredients. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 3. Security camera details: Property is monitored 24 hours - parking area, elevator access, pool. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. This is our second time staying at this particular condo/property. We come for the view. It's breathtaking and spectacular. Here's what we loved; the view, updated smart TV, updated refrigerator (with ice!), great location to everything, comfortable living room furniture. There are minor inconveniences; gas fireplace was not working, no seasonings besides s&p, master bed is pretty worn out, bed linens and towels are middle of the road quality, you can hear your upstairs neighbor, very basic kitchen items (no crockpot, Keurig, air fryer). But again, the view is killer, and the location is so convenient. We walked daily around the Promenade and beach. In general, very lovely condo.

This was our first time staying in 302. I have to say it was one of our favorites. It had everything we needed with extra pillows and blankets. It was VERY clean and the shower heads had power. The only thing I’d add, is some plug in adaptors on each night stand for electrics. Staying in this room was a great way to finish off Thanksgiving weekend.

The condo seems clean but is old and hard to tell sometimes. We went mid July and they told us upon arrival that the pool was closed. This information would’ve been nice to know before booking, especially with kids. The only other pool is across town to the east. The condo is stocked but we brought our own crab utensils.

The condo at Seaside was a perfect place for me and friends. Very comfortable, nice layout and well decorated. Although the mirror in the dining room will catch you off guard and scare the bjesus out of you. Lovely views within walking distance to everything. Five stars it was perfect!

Incredible view with a lovely condo to stay in. Highly recommend this unit. Beds were comfortable. Nice sitting in the living room to enjoy the fire, large screen TV and viewing of the beach. The only disappointment was the lack of any basic spices including salt. I will say that at least the property manager was able to give us some salt and pepper, so all was good.

Nice and cozy, clean and has everything you need. From sunrise to sunset you can enjoy the ocean view. Nice comfy beds. Has some updates that we enjoyed in comparison to other rooms. We would definitely come back!

Everything exactly as described. Right on the prom, steps from everything. Huge open-space living room plus kitchen. Mirror above the fireplace is a brilliant idea - you see the ocean even if you are not facing it. Kids loved the bunk bed. Staff always friendly and helpful.

Besides the great view, this unit has really comfortable, quality furniture in the living room - unusually nice for a rental. We also used the kitchen quite a bit for meals and baking and had everything we needed. The internet was adequate for work meetings and the TV setup was easy to use with all the latest streaming services available.

Great view. The hotel was very clean and I felt completely comfortable. The only reason it lacked the 5th star was a lack of extras, such as an additional bar of soap or Duran wrap. But that was a probably due to the times we live in. I would definitely go back
