Fully equipped large kitchen, spacious for home cooking, large dining table for family gatherings. Has lots of counter space with under cabinet light. The living room has reclining and swivel chairs with fireplace, Wi-fi and DVD player. Lots of books, DVDs, and games to choose from. An outdoor balcony opens up to an unobstructed view of ocean, beach, turnaround, prom and fenced green lawn. The balcony has a bench, chairs, and table. Makes a perfect spot to enjoy meals, morning coffee, catch ocean breeze, relax and people watch. The balcony extends from living room to master bedroom making that an easy excess to living room and kitchen. All 3 bedrooms have TV, dressers, and closets. The master bedroom has a DVD, fireplace, excess to balcony. Master bath has jacuzzi with separate shower stall. The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer, dryer, and large deep laundry sink. The property was perfect for our stay. The ocean view from condo and balcony was wonderful. Also, it was fantastic to be able to have easy access to promenade, sand, ocean, Seaside shops and great Resturants. Everyone in our group was able to enjoy the weekend even with some of their limitations. We will be back. Liz was fantastic!!

We so enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect location for us. We walked on the beach every morning and at sunset. Walked to restaurants and the aquarium and shopping. Our hosts we’re available when we needed them. The place was was well equipped and very clean.

3 friends and spouses spent 2 nights and had a blast. Long walks on the beach. Close to restaurants and shopping and we all got our own bathroom!!

Location and view great. Spacious with comfortable beds. Clean and well stocked. We are 5 older women. We could have used one more comfortable chair in the living room. Dining room chairs were not comfortable for any length of time. The shower door in the Mickey Mouse bath was very hard to open and the towel rack fell off the wall. The fireplace in the masterBR didn’t work. During a big wind gust today something fell down into the fireplace and caused sparks. We thought for the cost of housecleaning we shouldn’t have to do garbage, recycle, and wash towels.

This is a wonderful property with a great management team! All our questions in advance were answered promptly, the unit is everything you see in the listing and more, check-in and check-out were a breeze, and it has an unbeatable oceanfront location!! The owner has made it very comfortable with nice linens, Fiestaware, huge washer/dryer and really all the comforts of home. We would definitely visit again! Thanks!!

There is 5 of us who we call a lunch group but are really good friends and family. As well as a once a month lunch gathering we stated a once a year mini vacation to the beach.,Found this place and it worked great for us. We well be back. Thank you

Weather was awful. Welcome to Oregon....had a great time walking a bit on the beach and into town. Unfortunately, had to go to Urgent Care for my daughter and the service/care was much more thorough and better than you get in the big cities.

Great location, Amazing view, steps away from downtown shops and beach. Clean and spacious- the six of us fit perfectly (teens through grandparents). The master suite setup is SO nice! Good communication with manager - would recommend to anyone!

The location is perfect for viewing sunsets, long walks on the beach or promenade - weather permitting. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Shopping is also in close proximity. The unit has two fireplaces for the chilly mornings and evenings. Thanks to the host for labeling the many light switches and providing night lights!

Friends flew in from Oklahoma and Illinois for a girls trip to the Oregon beach. Two days were great. Loved walking to shopping and restaurants. Condo was perfect for three friends.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beachfront property. The location was amazing and so close to the beach, restaurants and all the Seaside has to offer. The condo was super clean and decorated in a peaceful and relaxing vibe. We enjoyed sitting in the large chairs looking out at the beach and promenade while our kids played board games at the large dining table. We couldn’t have asked for a better retreat and can’t wait to return again in the future.

Very nice home. Love the view and easy check in and out. Only thing is the door from the master bedroom to the deck we could not lock. Really did not need to as this is on the fourth floor.

I took my Mom and my kids (5, 3, 1), and niece (10) to the coast for a few days and we loved the condo. Perfect location to walk to restaurants and family activities (even with slow moving toddlers). The condo was clean and large! Assigned parking was wonderful as it’s a popular area. We had ample space and loved staring at the ocean and people watching. We had no problems at all and would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time and this unit filled all of our needs. The kitchen was well equipped and the views from the unit were spectacular. We had a few problems with beds however the owner was quick to respond and help. On the weekend especially there are lots of fires on the beach so if your windows are open it might get a bit smoky. Good location for walking to town and restaurants. Hope we can return.
