There are numerous activities nearby, including the family-friendly Seaside Aquarium and a golf course, and the beach is right at your doorstep. With bountiful light, you'll feel the sun's warmth even from the interior of this luxurious space with floor-to-ceiling windows offering beautiful views. The living room boasts a corduroy sofa bed and two gray armchairs surrounding a TV, as well as a gas fireplace. Admire the nautical paintings or head out onto the private balcony for an after-dinner drink. The open kitchen offers plentiful counter space as well as an electric range and a large dishwasher. Relax with a bowl of cereal at the breakfast bar or enjoy a formal dinner at the dining table, which overlooks the beautiful beach. Onebedroom has an attached bathroom. You can read your favorite novel by the bedside lamp or watch some TV before drifting off to sleep. Guests have access to an in-home washer/dryer as well as free WiFi. There's an elevator to the condo as well, making this a great retreat for guests of all ages. Seaside is a fantastic place to visit any time of year, whether you're here for summer sunshine or winter storm watching. You get a beautiful beach with volleyball nets and other activities, and there are great places for clamming and fishing close by. The town features plentiful places to enjoy a meal, and there are spots to bike and hike nearby as well. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 4. Security camera details: Property is monitored 24 hours - parking area, elevator access, pool. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Wonderful location and views!
Only drawback is it’s very dated. Woodwork and wallpaper need attention. We couldn’t get the 3 TV remotes dinked up and maintenance didn’t show up to help. Netflix on my laptop.

Positive - The view of the beach, fresh clean towels and bedding, big open plan living room/dining room/kitchen. Lots of storage, big closets. There are lots of cutlery/china/utensils, pots and pans and dishes etc to cook whatever meals you would like. Very good gas fire heats up the room very well.
Everywhere was very clean.
Safeway supermarket nearby. There are lots of nice restaurants in the area - Fultonis pizza place in Broaway , Seaside is good and try out the bakery and cafe in Pacific Way in Gearhart.
Negative or room for improvement:-
There is construction work (scaffolding) on site, was not told exactly where it would be until 4 days before we were due to leave for our stay. The condo is at the corner of the building, the last one at the end of the 4th floor. The scaffolding is adjacent to the building wall If you pull the dining room curtains across you don’t see it unless you sit on the balcony. There was a lot of noise when we got there. Thankfully we had plans to go out most days. They don’t work at the weekend.
Wallpaper in bathrooms have peeled away in places. Lots of doors, door frames and baseboards and kitchen cupboards need repainting, paint peeling away and the cooker hood needs repainting. The dining room curtains are frayed at the edges and some curtains don’t close too well. A window in the first bedroom has a notice on it saying it is broken, believe it means won’t open. Some of the furniture is ‘old’ and ‘tired’.
I would have given it a better rating if not for my room for improvement/ construction work. We did relax at the weekend. Beautiful sunsets

The view was tremendous! All amenities were great & there for use, lacking only the Keurig it showed in the kitchen photo (at the time of our booking). The overall unit was a bit dated & could use a refurbishment with the master bedroom window having a paper sign that said "broken, don't use". Overall it was clean and functional however, and would rent again. Location, view and functionality were great!

We arrived with a friendly greeting from the office. The unit was clean and fully stocked with extra blankets, pillows and toilet paper. Plenty of beautiful views from the living area. Would like to see more lighting in the living room. It was difficult to read there after dark. A grab bar in the shower would be nice. Short three minute walk to the beach. Best sunsets enjoyed sitting on the deck. We will definitely be returning.

Great Location and comfortable enough place. Older appliances, very old bathrooms, counters and cabinets. Unfortunately for our stay the pool was closed due to work being done. Looked like a small circular wading pool from what we could see. Everything worked fine and was a relaxing stay.

The view is fabulous, but we would suggest a few updates. The beds are lumpy (we felt springs). In the hall bathroom the faucets are too close to the backsplash and the wall paper is peeling. It would have been nice to have salt and pepper in the kitchen. The dining chairs are worn and look dirty. Perhaps more comfortable deck furniture? It was hard to find the office, but once there the staff was friendly and helpful.

Some improvements here and this would be a 5 star rating. If this doesn't bother you then you can't beat the price!

Furniture update needed.
The view of the ocean and prom is excellent. Pretty quiet and peaceful setting. Furniture, such as couch and loveseat could be upgraded...padding not comfortable. Clean but outdated. Hope this helps.

It's just the view!
The view is magnificent but that was all. This apartment needs serious upgrading, it needs painting, the furniture is shabby and and I would not recommend it at all until the owner has done something about it. Unfortunately the photographs do not give a true reflection of what it is really like.

Great views, dated interior and lax cleaning
Overall we enjoyed our stay here as the view was fantastic. However we were very concerned when we first checked in and our 3 year old son found prescription medication laying on the floor of the 2nd bedroom and a spray can of window cleaner tucked behind a couch cushion. With the claim of “extra cleaning precautions” due to COVID, it was alarming to see these things, not to mention dangerous. The interior is also very dated with stained carpet in every room, peeling wallpaper everywhere, and kitchen cabinetry that had the finish worn off and was sticky to the touch.
