Located in Kanab, this attractive house for $195 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. A 3 bedroom 2 bath home, furnished with King and 2 Queen beds, 1 Queen and King bedroom also have TV's in the rooms. The only smart TV is in the living room with a Bose sound system. The King has its own bathroom with a Large and spacious tub and Huge tile shower with a tile seat in the corner. The master bed room also has a door that goes onto the patio to enjoy the early morning sunrise. Enjoy the view from the comfortable reclining chairs looking out the large pane windows facing the cliffs. The master bath room has a spacious walk in shower and a large soak tub. There is a great patio with outdoor table with four cushioned chairs and two more comfortable chairs for dining and enjoyment of the beautiful views of the coral mountains. A gas fire pit to keep warm and roast marshmallows and a gas grill for a steak or hamburger fry during the cool evenings. There is a city pool with lazy river and slides a few blocks away during summer months. The club house is also a few blocks away and a small indoor and out side pool is available. Please follow the rules. For those that love to hike and see the views up front, hiking trails are less than a block away taking you up Toms Canyon. For those that love the thrill of 4 wheeling, Hogs canyon and the pink coral sand dunes are just minutes away. Kanab is a quiet and cute little town known as Little Hollywood where many Westerns and TV shows were filmed. Down town Kanab is a fun little town to walk through and read about all the stars that were in films of that area. The Old TV show, Gun Smoke was filmed in Johnson Canyon near by and the set is still standing and fun to drive to and see. It is the gateway to North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Zions National Park, Lake Powell, Grand Staircase National Monument and close to Bryce Canyon. Saint George is only one hour and 15 min away. On your way to Saint George, Pipe Springs Fort is a great stop to see the history of the area and the old Fort is fun to walk through.

We had a smooth and comfortable stay. Everything was clean, well stocked, and in a nice area. Loved having the rock surround us, great views. The kids appreciated access to the pool! The owners were great to communicate with.

We had so much fun exploring the entire region. We hiked Grand Staircase, The North Rim, Bryce and Zion. It was so nice to come back to a very comfortable, clean house in a great location. The dog park behind the house was fun entertainment while we drank our morning coffee.

Absolutely beautiful home. We have done many vrbos and this home was by far 1 of the best!! Location to parks great! Home was clean, nicely furnished, well equipped and so comfortable. Slept well in comfy beds. We actually flipped a coin for the master bed room (I lost!!). Enjoyed the outside patio. Neighborhood very quiet. Definitely recommend and will keep for next visit! This house had everything...beautiful view, all the accommodations any family could ask for, felt like a new build model home. They thought of every possible thing you would need for a visit. Location is easily drivable to a bunch of attractions, Zion, Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon, Grand Canyon, Lone Rock Beach, Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park, etc. You will not be disappointed in this house. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.

Very clean and comfortable house. Wonderful view and quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the patio, great kitchen and comfortable living room. Owner was great to work with. Parking for UTV was limited but were able to park down the street a few blocks away.

My family and I loved this space. It was a perfect size for all of us and right in the middle of all of the national parks. The house was clean and was exactly as the pictures display. We loved our stay in Kanab- the house had everything we needed. We loved the small hikes to Tom's Canyon and the Kanab overlook right outside the door. Owners were responsive when we needed to change the air conditioning. We also appreciated the book of nearby activities. We took a fun UTV tour to Peekaboo Canyon and The Great Chamber. We'd highly recommend it!

Perfect home for our needs. Convenient location allowed us to access Zion and Bryce Canyon Natl parks easily. House provided perfect sleeping arrangements for our family of 5 and we were able to take advantage of community pool as well.

My family really enjoyed staying at this property in Kanab! We spent a week there and enjoyed having it as a home base while exploring the area! There was lots of space for everyone to spread out! The house was very clean! My kids (14 and 12) loved going to the pool and we went nearly every day! The house was very clean, and the town is so small that everything is so close by! The only thing we didn't realize is that most things close on Sunday and that happened to be our last full day in Kanab. Wish we would have realized that sooner so we could have done some souvenir shopping before then! I would recommend staying at this rental!

We booked this knowing a trip out west needed a homemade. This location is perfect for Day trips to Grand Canyon, Bryce, and Zion. We were able to spend time also exploring around Kanab and enjoyed all the town has to offer- including a wonderful fireworks display for the 4th! I highly recommend this property!
