Located right on the Promenade in the heart of Seaside, this condo is close to everything the town has to offer. The complex is right on the beach and the 1.5-mile Promenade, where tons of people spend the day sunbathing, rollerblading, biking, and hanging out. You'll have access to all of the restaurants and bars on Broadway Street, while the nearby mountains and Tillamook Head provide fantastic scenery and outdoor activities. The living room is bright, modern, and spacious with views of the surrounding mountains and town. Stretch out on the sectional sofa with a glass of wine in front of the gas fireplace, or watch a DVD on the huge TV - this area is perfect for lounging! There are spots for everyone at the dining table, plus seats at the breakfast bar in the kitchen. The kitchen has all the amenities necessary so you won't have to spend loads of cash going out to eat, plus there's even a dishwasher for easy clean-up. Out on the private patio, you can see the ocean and relax in the patio chairs! Free WiFi is provided as well. You'll love the location of this gorgeous home - it's just two blocks south of downtown and close to all the restaurants, bars, and cute boutiques in Seaside. You can easily spend the whole day right on the beach and the popular Promenade without having to hop in the car or wander too far. The Seaside Aquarium is a fun place to pass the time with your young children, or you could play skeeball, air hockey, and video games or use the bumper cars in Funland, the largest arcade on the Oregon Coast. If you feel like getting into more of an outdoor adventure, there are plentiful options all around Seaside. Ecola State Park is about 10 miles south, where you'll find incredible scenery, fun hiking trails, tidepools to explore, and beaches to comb. Fort Stevens State Park is about 16 miles north with similar options, while Astoria about 17 miles north is home to even more outdoor activities, Lewis and Clark historic sites, and more dining and shopping. No matter what you end up doing in this incredible area, this Northern Oregon Coast getaway will keep you in comfortable and in style! THINGS TO KNOW Sand & Sea is a non-smoking property. The bunk beds are not suitable for adults,; only children. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 4. Security camera details: Property is monitored 24 hours - parking area, elevator access, pool. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We were a bit surprised to find out this is a hotel not a home. It was very nice and clean but views of the beach are basically limited to the balcony. Nice pool and sauna!

We were so happy here! A perfect spot to spend the week! Super close to the beach and promenade (a short walk away)! Kids loved the bunk bed. Kitchen had everything we needed and the place was nice and clean. We would definitely stay here again and looking forward to it!

The condo was fine but the large beds need to be replaced they were awful. The balcony is beautiful having comfortable patio furniture would be great. A deep clean of the carpets and windows.

First, even I booked it via Marriott website, it is not a Marriott hotel. You won't have Marriott benefit i.e. early check-in and late check-out. Second, you need to make your own breakfast during vacation or you need to walk for breakfast. There is no downstair café like Marriott hotel. Third, the bunk bed is wobbly and produce weird sound at night when my son move on the bed while sleeping. I can't tolerate the sound and end up sleeping on the couch. Forth, the bedrooms are one wall behind walking corridor and my family wake up by the sound when kids run in the morning.
Above all that, we have a nice vacation in Seasides, OR!!

The bunk beds were a horrible, loud nightmare. The kids had to sleep on the couch because of how horribly loud they were. The queen size bed was uncomfortable asf. The pillows are a joke. Kind of like a motel 6. Garbage. The construction was still going and very, very annoying. They warned us but putting us in the room right next to it was a rude move if you ask me. The coffee provided was also stupid to say the least. It was enough to make a weak pot of 4 cups. Either get coffee or warn people to bring their own. I wouldn’t book again at this spot. Probably better places with better beds and pillows.

Our unit was clean and comfortable. No complaints regarding the room itself. To be fair, we there was a disclaimer that construction was taking place, however, no specifics were given. I even inquired as to what type of "inconveniences" we could expect, but I received no reply. Since we were on an end unit, and it turned out that brick work was being done. we literally experienced banging directly on the bedroom walls in the morning hours. It didn't ruin our trip at all, but I believe the management should have accounted for this in some way. or given a better description of what inconveniences to expect.
The only other disappointment for us was the out of hand fireworks (not the professional show) that were unleashed on the beach. Thousands of people descended upon the beach for the 4th, and absolutely took it over. They trashed the beach and the fireworks were unruly. People on all sides of us were constantly and carelessly shooting off fireworks. People were being hit by the fireworks. We were forced to leave the beach. Again, to be fair, the professional show was wonderful. The days following the 4th left the beach a mess. It was littered and not cleaned up very well. Huge fire pits that were dug into the sand remained every 20 feet or so, with the leftover burnt wood within. It unfortunately turned a beautiful beach into something more trashy.
Ultimately we enjoyed our stay, but I expected more for the price that I payed.

This condo was perfect for our family of 6! The couch is large and comfy, dining table seated all of us and is actually newer than the one photographed, king bed was comfy and also newer than what is photographed. Two bathrooms is a huge benefit for a large family, and the washer and dryer was such a plus! Kitchen was beautiful and stocked with just about any cookware, dinnerware and utensils you’d need, even some spices and other things you wouldn’t want to pack or purchase for a short stay.
The condo was clean for the most part, the king bed comforter had a crusty stain on it, and one of the extra blankets were just thrown on the closet floor. 2nd bedroom did not have a dresser and only a handful of hangers, and the bunk beds were so noisy my kids ended up sleeping on the couch. The ladder screws are also coming out. The dining room had a broken roll up shade which is unfortunate for privacy and blocking out the sun as it’s a floor to ceiling window. Fans in the unit would have been lovely as there’s no AC and the two windows that open are only able to open about a half inch to an inch, the unit got really warm for our mid July stay. Hair dryer in the primary bathroom was not working (left a note).
We’d absolutely stay here again, just hope the minor broken things are fixed before then.

This property is set up great for family use and the property is well maintained. We had ample parking the access to the property at all times. We enjoyed the use of the pool for a little exercise. Overall I would definitely rent again!

Spring Break Getaway
We have stayed in this unit multiple times, the unit is well equipped for our family needs. Unit was very clean, showing some wear and tear which is to be expected, all the space is sure nice, My only complaints are that the bunk beds are very noisy, the pool was not as warm as I remembered and a garbage/recycling truck picked up from the building at 5:50am on a Thursday morning. All the staff are very nice and great to deal with. We will definitely return.
