There is on site security and offers 2 covered parking spots, elevators, 2 pools, and a hot tub. Property is 100 yards from beach and pier and convenient to many shops and restaurants. The unit offers bamboo floor in living areas and bedrooms and tile in bathrooms. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Pots, pans, silverware and dishes are provided. Dining table seats 6 and there are 3 bar stools at the granite counter. Unit is tastefully furnished and offers WiFi and a sleeper sofa. Balcony offers rocking chairs and a dining table. Beds: 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins, sofa bed The master bedroom has a king size bed and offers a television. Master bathroom has a shower, jetted tub and his/her vanities. One guest bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have a television and one has a DVD player. There is a second bathroom off of the guest bedrooms and a half bath in the common hall area. The unit is clean and nicely furnished. The unit is reserved for family vacations ONLY. No large parties or prom groups allowed. The minimum age requirement to rent this property is 25. No pets and no smoking.

The property was a good location to the beach and other restaurants. We enjoyed the week we spent there. There was plenty of room for cooking, sitting around playing cards and just relaxing.

We rent a condo every year at various beaches with our son’s family. My husband and I could not come because of health reasons but we sent our son’s family. They said this was the nicest condo we’ve rented and Tybee Island was wonderful! The condo was spacious and clean and well equipped. Their only negative was that the renters across the hall had 2 big dogs that barked a lot but obviously our condo owner could not help that. They had a great time!

- floors are filthy, your feet are black after walking on them for a few minutes - master bathroom shower head covered in black mildew/mold - fold out sofa mattress was filthy with food particles and stains

Great location - short walk to the beach! No view of pool or water, but nice view of trees and birds. Clean place and comfy. Lots of towels which is really nice. No drip coffee pot, so needed to purchase K cups which would have been nice to know ahead of time but that’s just a small thing. Overall pretty great!

We had a nice time at the pools and on the beach, great location. This was our 3rd stay in this unit over the past 7 years, it did not seem as clean as our past stays were and no trash bags, thankfully I brought several.

We had a blast on our girls trip! The location of the condo to the beach, restaurants and shops was perfect. The size of the condo was great. One downfall is the floors were very dirty. If you didn’t have shoes on while inside the condo your feet would always be dirty. Overall great place and lots of memories made.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a short walk to the beach and the unit was very nice overall. Some of the family loved having the pier close for fishing. We did find the kitchen lacking in a few things-like only four small size spoons for a group of eight. The check in procedure was great and the ladies very helpful.

I confirmed a 12PM check out time with Tonya Morgan prior to my arrival. When the housekeeping lady arrived I advised her that Tonya Morgan had approved a 12PM check out. She then calls me a "liar" telling me "that's not true". When I told her she could call Tonya Morgan and confirm my approval for late check out she left and did not come back. I don't appreciate being disrespected and being called a liar and I'm not sure if I will rent this unit again. Also, there was excessive dust on the the living room TV bookcase, the floors under the beds were dusty and the floors throughout the unit were extremely dirty.

Overall this was a perfect getaway! The condo is spacious and well maintained. It wasn’t as clean as it could be but with some sweeping and vacuuming some sand it’d be perfect. The location was wonderful in terms of things Tybee has to offer. It was a very short walk to the beach but this condo is not ocean front, I was a bit surprised by that. It was extremely safe and very easy to navigate all the gates and codes due to the easy instructions sent by the owners.

From start to finish the whole experience was top notch. Booking was easy. The unit was spacious and well kept, centrally located, easy beach access and a great value. The five of us are looking to come back for a longer stay.

First time staying here and I was very pleased. The place was roomy and clean and it was in a great location with a short walk to the beach and stores. My only issue was is that I was told there was a grill and we bought food beforehand that needed grilling and when I got there, there wasn’t one.

We loved the condo. It was spacious and clean. There was only one issue the first night when a man claiming to live next to our condo said it was " quiet time" at 10:45 when we were out on our patio. We were not loud and with the pool closing at 7 we were enjoying our vacation. We paid a lot of money to stay for 4 days and do not need supervision.
