Unit is fully tiled with 8X32 inch porcelain tile that give the appearance of distressed wood MASTER BR with king size bed, reclining chair with otterman custom bedding, art work, flat TV, bright wicker, ceiling fan, with windows overlooking the ocean, and sliding glass doors to the balcony. Full tiled Master bath with sliding doors SECOND TILED BATH ROOM with sliding glass doors and nicely decorated. SECOND BR with Queen bed and trundle, with bright wicker furnishings, ceiling fan, flat screen TV and separate VCR. NOTE; RENTER TO PROVIDE LINENS & TOWELS. UTILITY ROOM with Maytag Neptune Stackable washer dryer. NEW KITCHEN with granite counter tops, electric stove, refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, deep sink w/garbage disposal, dishwasher, electric toaster oven and well stocked cabinets. LR/DR with WIFI, 2 recliners, flat TV, art work, couch, kitchen table for 6, 3 bar stools, ceiling fan, walled mirrors and magnificent view of the ocean. We only rent to Families or groups. We do not rent to groups under 25years old unless accompanied by a family member or guardian 24/7 and DO NOT RENT TO STUDENTS.

Perfect 2 bedroom oceanfront condo with all the conforts of home and plenty of room to hang out. The view of the ocean was amazing and the neighborhood is full of great restaurants!

Very nice spot on the beach. And I mean ON the beach. Look down from balcony and sand is right there! Perfect for the four of us. Across the street from Fager's Island and down the block from the awesome Pool Bar! Everything works and kitchen is stocked. End unit was nice with stairwell close to go to the beach. Would come back!

Fully equipped. Clean with 3 good beds and 2 nice bathrooms. Foot wash as you come in the building. The reserved parking spot is a bit tight between the fence and the building. Still, I would rent this place again.

The location is terrific, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and spacious enough to have all of my family together for several meals. The shower in the master is very nice for cleaning up after a day on the beach. We enjoyed our stay at Boca Grande.

This was our 1st time in Ocean City- and we will be back! Everything was great.....quick, easy reservation process, seamless check-in with great communication and instructions from Ken, the owner. The unit was just as described with all the ammenities you could want/need.....all with the sounds of waves crashing and amazing ocean views! The beds were comfortable, the master bath/shower was amazing, kitchen fully stocked, and you can't beat the balcony right off the master bedroom and living room! You will not be disappointed if you stay here!

It was very nice to rekindle the years past memories at this location right on the beach. Everything was functional and clean! The sliding door was once noisy to open, but that was super quiet and fixed this year… yay!

My husband and I stayed here on a mini honeymoon trip and were very impressed with this condo. It was in the perfect location, fully stocked with everything you could ever need, and very well maintained. The owner was excellent to deal with, and the entire process was very easy.

Location is mid town, so close enough to get to the action but quiet enough for some peace. We were there for part of Bike Week so this was important. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Ken is an excellent host. We will definitely stay here again!

Stayed here with my family for a week and it was the perfect beach rental for us. You're literally steps from the beach and the view from the balcony is unbeatable. The space and accommodations were what we expected based on the pictures. Would definitely recommend and we'll certainly consider staying here again in the future!

We couldn't have been closer to the beach which was not very crowded. Everything but food and linens was provided. Well equipped. A very nice place to stay and price was reasonable. Good communication with owner.

GREAT location and easy booking/check-in process. Could use a bit of updating in terms of appliances, etc. but overall, for the price it was very good. Parking was not ideal, but there was a space. If more than one vehicle, on-street parking likely would have been very difficult if visiting in high season.

We stayed there for three days. The condo is clean and have everything you need. The owner called me before arriving to make sure everything is going well. I will definitely check it every time we plan to spend some time at Ocean City

The location is convenient and the view from the balcony is stellar. It is exactly as shown in the photo on the website. You can hear the ocean waves from inside the condo. I could hear them while falling asleep in the master bedroom! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot right on the beach. The views were amazing. In walking distance to many great restaurants. Ken immediately got back to me with questions and even checked in as we were leaving to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be back!

Pros: good location, nice oceanfront, furniture on balcony was comfortable, washer and dryer Cons: inside furniture was older, couch seemed to be down on one side, closet space limited by extra pillows, beach chairs and boogie boards, laundry room was a little disorganized

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was the perfect size for our family, with everything we needed for a great week. The location is great - steps to the beach, and only a few more steps to many great shops and restaurants. Ken was very proactive, responsive, and helpful in providing any info we needed. I only held back a star on the cleanliness because we do think the cleaning contractor could have done a better job, but we are realistic and know "good help is hard to find" - no fault of the owner, and it wasn't anything major that would deter us from staying again in a heartbeat.

Space was a little small, I will have to inquire on a larger unit next time.Some things need to be addressed that were not functioning correctly but we dealt with it. Otherwise a very convenient location.
