Nestled in Tybee Island, this attractive condo for $406 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This luxury condo is in the heart of Tybee Island and is only 35 yards from the ocean! Watch huge ships go by down the channel while sipping wine and taking in the Georgia sunshine. Dolphin Watch is nestled amongst the lush tropical landscaping, that gives Tybee Island its charm and appeal. Step through the front door into the warm and inviting condo, elegantly furnished in true Tybee Island luxury. The living and dining areas are surrounded by gorgeous views of the ocean welcoming the Georgia sunshine into this fantastic vacation home. Adjoining the living and dining room is the well stocked kitchen. Off the dining room is the Master Suite with a king bed, sliding doors that lead out to the deck and more expansive ocean views. The master bath has two sinks and a large walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed; the top is a twin and the bottom is a double. Dolphin Watch is equipped with everything you need for the perfect vacation so come visit us and have your own little slice of heaven. Our condo DOES NOT have a pool but is only 35 yards from gorgeous Tybee Island Beach so if it’s sun and surf you crave then come to Dolphin Watch and see for yourself. Escape from the city and sip your mint julep from your large wrap around balcony that you can enter from the master bedroom or living room. Enjoy the view of pelicans flying by, watch the dolphins frolicking in the surf, watch the people and hear the sound of the music from the Tybee Pier. All from your balcony! Walk to the quaint shops and great restaurants. Tybee is a beautiful Atlantic Ocean barrier island that has been a favorite retreat of sea-lovers for at least 250 years. Take a refreshing walk along 5 miles of wide, flat, white-sand beaches, visit our historic museums, and take a tour to watch the dolphins play or dine on the finest seafood. We are only a 15 minute drive away from historic downtown Savannah, with its squares and fine dining, tours and monuments. Or, take the shuttle bus from Tybee Island to Savannah and visit movie locations of 'Forrest Gump' and 'Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil, dine at the world famous 'Lady and Sons' and take our ever famous hearse ghost tour or haunted pub crawl. Tybee Island stands at the mouth of the Savannah River and the lighthouse has cast its friendly beacon across the Atlantic Ocean since 1736. You've just got to see the beauty of its light from the North Beach after sunset - it's incredible! And remember... leave only your footprints. This is a no smoking condo. All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees). Reservations canceled within 15 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire rental amount, including all taxes, fees, and rental deposits. Second floor unit looked out perfectly to one of the closest spots and views unobstructed to the ocean and beach. The deck was huge and L shaped with composite gridded floor and tall chairs to sit above the railing and had ceiling fans. Kids bedroom had a bunk bed with twin top and full bottom and an additional twin trundle bed underneath that. Master bath was great and with full glass shower. Room had perfect balance of soft carpeted comfort mixed with tiled bathrooms and vinyl plank floor kitchen. I loved the location and the room setup.

We’ve stayed at various properties in Tybee over the years. This one has a great balcony and view. The location is great for access to the beach and restaurants. But this place needs a good cleaning especially vents and the carpet. It’s pretty noisy too. You can hear the upstairs tenants walking around and talking. That hasn’t happened at other condos we’ve stayed at in Tybee. So I’m not sure we would stay there again.

We received a phone call saying our property was ready around 12 for an early check in, we were still on the road at the time but we were only 2 hrs away coming from NC. This was our 5th year at Tybee. I’d say this was the best view we have ever stayed. We loved the quick walk to the beach and to be able to keep an eye out on the property from the beach! The only negative was when we first got to the condo it was hot (76) and it didn’t smell clean, it smelt old...We didnt have a broom or vacuum to clean up our messes that we brought in. (Yes we are ocd) BUT the office number they gave us made it very easy to get a broom and a vacuum pretty quick! The sliding glass door handle was broke and we called to tell them ASAP and they were out that evening to fix it!! ALL IN ALL, it was a great stay other than the cleaning crew could of did a better job of cleaning.

New Year's Family Reunion
Prime location with spectacular sunrises, within walking distance to pavillion, restaurants, bars and, of course, beach access is across the street from condo. We were able to watch the New Year's Eve Fireworks Extraveganza from the large wrap around deck. The condo is very well maintained; however, should you ever need maintenance, they are very quick to respond with excellent service. The condo is a nice size, comfortable and furnished with all necessities. The only negative is the parking garage bays are very tight with low overhead. Not conducive for large trucks, van's or suv's. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Location was great as we wanted to be on the ocean and have beach access which was across the street. Met our expectations perfectly.
Lovely area to explore history and Savannah. Would definitely return for another stay.
Imagine it is very different during the summer season! While we were there late October it was very quiet and relaxing.

The location is the very best on the island. The beach is just steps from the door. Our favorite place to eat was 3 buildings to our left and shopping just around the corner. The view is priceless. We will definitely stay here again.

We have been coming to Tybee since 1981. Dolphin Watch. 7 is our best rental ever. We are all in our seventies and the covered deck provided hours of sunrise, ship, pier, and storm watching.

Great location. Spacious condo.
Steps from the beach. Close to the pier, shops and restaurants. Spacious condo with lots of seating in the living area. Great wrap around porch. Wonderful master suite with lots of closet space. Unlike other VRBOs we have booked, this is run by a local property company so expect minimal items. Not even any Kleenex. We had one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one small roll of paper towels and travel size kitchen dish soap. There were no extra hand or wash towels in the kitchen. I'm sure this is normal for a condo rental but I'm used to a little more offered from VRBO. Also the kids bedroom with bunkbeds is very small, no tv, and the bed is wobbly. My son would not sleep there and we discovered there is no pull out sofa even though there are two of them. There was a small, stained mattress in the master bedroom closet. Overall a good stay and a good time.

Wonderful accommodations
The property we stayed in was actually better than we expected , the location was wonderful. We could walk to restaurants and shopping and were just steps from the beach and very close to the pier. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful experience on Tybee Island! We highly recommend it.

Had a wonderful stay. Had some difficulty with garbage disposal but my son fixed problem and works fine - he is a mr. fixit. Could use some upgrading on sofas and chair furniture in open room. Ocean view wonderful to wake up to and location is good - short walk to everything available to see. Would definitely be comfortable staying here again. Patsy Cline

BEST CONDO EVER
This condo is in the best location oceanfront! The condo was very clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils, small appliances, coffee maker, towels, and even champagne glasses. We were celebrating our anniversary! Enjoyed coffee and beautiful sunrises and sunsets on the balcony. Loved being able to access the balcony from the master bedroom! The king size bed is comfortable and the adjacent bathroom is very spacious and surprisingly had a hair dryer (which I forgot).
Has an elevator to get you to your condo and two parking spots which we used for an auto and a golf cart that we rented.
Definitely will return to Dolphin #7

Location was great. Could use a new set of high rise deck chairs. Very uncomfortable.
Overall clean with 2 exceptions: fans need to be dusted and air conditioning return needs to be cleaned. Loved Tybee Island and will return. Love the laid back flavor of the island. Spent many days walking the beach. Impressed with the public works department and cleaning of the streets. Tybee Vacation Rental Agency staff were extremely helpful and would definitely use them again. Thank you.

Clean- comfortable -easy to get to- your on the beach in a matter of seconds! Park and easy walk to shopping restaurant and activities and the pier for fishing-everything is within walking of this condo!
