Make the best vacation memories at this gorgeous mountain townhome. Guests will enjoy the multiple levels of this rental and find plenty of space inside to spread out. The well-equipped kitchen offers everything you will need to prepare delicious meals and fun snacks. Sit out on the deck that faces the Sherwin Mountains and sip a hot cup of fresh brewed coffee. After a day on the slopes, soak in the shared sauna. The Blue Line Shuttle, which can be caught right in front of this home, takes visitors to local restaurants, attractions, and shops. The Village and Canyon Lodge Gondola is just 400 yards away and will make getting to the slopes nice and easy. Mammoth Lakes also offers plenty of outdoor adventures like hiking, bike trails, and nature viewing. THINGS TO KNOW The internet in this area is unreliable. This home does not allow early check-in. Please remember to bring your pool towels, we only provide regular towels for your stay. While pots and pans are available for use, as a safety precaution, consumables such as oil, spices, and coffee are not provided. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Ski shuttle details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The hot tub is not in service, it was filled to the brim with snow. Not sure why they did not update the listing to reflect that. The unit smelled like mold when arriving and throughout our stay. The fireplace within the unit also did not work. Attempts to reach out to vacasa for help were essentially ignored, we were told that the spa issue was up to the HOA and they had nothing to do with it. Poor experience all around, for the money you can find much better accommodation and experience locally.

Good location that was easily accessible. Property was clean and in good condition. Only gripes were the cable/satellite box did not work and the smoke alarm went off in the morning for no apparent reason. It reset after a minute and I was already awake, but I would imagine it would have been disturbing for anyone asleep at 6:30 AM.

Noted a few things for owner: dishwasher loud at beginning of cycle, back right burner knob had to be a bit past off to be truly off, and roku lost internet connection midway thru trip, fix unknown

Cozy and close!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over spring break! The condo was perfect and had everything we needed. We loved being able to walk to the shuttle stop to get to Canyon Lodge in the mornings, and the proximity to the village for aprés and dinner.

peaceful retreat
I enjoyed my 3 nites in MVV#28 . It was very cozy and welcoming. The unit was very nice restful and quiet. Too bet that the smoke was so very both one of the days. otherwise loved the both it.

Great little place close to the Village
Pros: Plenty of room for a small family. All the necessities and conveniences. Updated furniture and appliances. Clean, comfortable and warm feeling. Well kept condominium complex and property.
Cons: Moth infestation. Killed about 6 of them when they came out at night. A problem that can easily be resolved with a little care. Hot water started as warm and ran out after a few minutes. Cold showers for 3/4 of the family. Dishes were dirty upon arrival probably due to the lack of hot water for the dish washer.
To be clear, for the price, you won't beat this condo. Mammoth Lakes is a beautiful place and I would definitely consider this an option on my next stay.

This property is very close to the Village, about 5-10 mins walking distance. Parking is very easy, right in front of the property. The inside of the property is very clean and neat, stock with everything you need for the vacation, plenty of pots, pans, plates and cups. I would definitely recommend this place!

Awesome place for the price
I don’t know how I paid for a room in Motel Six in Mammoth in years past when I a place with a full kitchen, three tv’s, and comfortable furnishings for about the same price. Definitely enjoyed this place!

The space was great and in perfect shape. Everything was clean and had the mountain charm we were looking for. It’s also in a great location, being only a short walk from the village.

Great Rental
Great rental in a perfect location close to the village and all that Mammoth has to offer. The pictures are spot on. The condo remodel looks recent and the layout is great for families with the master suite upstairs - which means the kids stayed downstairs and left us alone!
