Cozy 1 Bedroom Plus Loft Condo Perfect for Family Getaway in the Town of Mammoth
About this condo rental
Located in Mammoth Lakes, this charming condo for $121 per night is a great option for your next trip. Perfect for family and friends looking for a mountain get-away. NO smoking and NO pets due to family health reasons. MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER to reserve, book, register, check-in and occupy the rental, and take all responsibility for the rental. Upstairs cozy welcoming unit! This is a one bedroom with loft, one bathroom (sleeps up to 6) condominium in town near the Sierra Star Golf Course. The convenience of walking to the town for shopping (Vons and others) and dining. A shuttle stop is right across from the condo on Meridian Blvd for direct access to the Eagle Lodge Express Ski Lift Area. This second story unit is with 2 levels. Walk up one flight of stairs (outside) to enter the unit and there are two levels in the unit. The entry-way nook is the perfect place to settle in after an adventure-filled day and take off your shoes (or boots)! The first floor has the master bedroom, 1 full bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room. The second floor is the loft which is open to the living room by a half wall. The bedroom window and the front door face the street side to Meridian Blvd. The bedroom has a queen bed with a full bathroom in the hallway just outside the bedroom. The upstairs loft has 1 queen and 2 twin beds. With all the comforts of home, the spacious, vaulted ceiling living room boasts a beautiful stone wood-burning fireplace, a flatscreen TV for your entertainment. NO sofa bed in the living room. The dining room has seating for 5 with a breakfast bar that can seat 3. The kitchen is equipped with all of the conveniences to cook a simple meal for the family for the vacation stay. The common area amenities include: hot spa, dry sauna, restrooms with showers, game room with pool table, ping pong table and coin-operated laundry facility. In the summer you have access to BBQ areas throughout the complex and a tennis court next to the swimming pool. *Common area facility hours, availability, and conditions are subject to change without notice. Important Note about PARKING: Two unassigned outdoor parking spots at the complex parking lot. Guests will be provided two parking passes during ski season. Condo is NOT right next to the parking lot. Convenient street parking is in front of the condo during summer time (mid-April to mid-Nov). No street parking during winter and/or when it's snowing, but it's OK to street parking for unload/load only. Important Note about the CONDO LOCATION: Our condo is located on a busy street. It's convenient to the town shops and free shuttles to the slopes, but it also has some inconvenience with road noise. The parking lot is not directly next to the condo. Due to the snow buildup, the sidewalk will be closed during winter time. You will need to walk by the side of the street to get to the car in the complex parking lot. If it's snowing, the snow plower will plow the snow in the early morning passing through the street where the condo is located. Additional THINGS TO KNOW: >This condo is located on floor 2 with NO elevator. Not handicap accessible. Outdoor stairs to enter the unit. Steep indoor stairs to the loft area. >The internet at Mammoth Lakes may not be reliable. >No early check-ins or late check-outs, especially during the holidays. >Remember to bring your pool towels since we only provide regular towels for your stay. >While pots and pans are available for use, as a safety precaution, consumables such as oil, spices, and coffee are not provided. TRAVEL INSURANCE highly recommended, especially during the winter season when weather and road conditions can be unpredictable. Please check the Division of Traffic websites and travel at your own risk. Without the purchase of Travel Insurance, your reservation cannot be canceled due to poor weather conditions.** TOT 7529

We stayed at this place for seven days and enjoyed every day of our vacation. Very convenient location. Loft is great bonus. Kitchen is well equipped. We didn't use the sauna and pool, but it's great addition. Owner was great with communications. Will come back again

Great condo close to stores and Mammoth resort. We went to June Lake a couple of times and this condo is easy to get on and off the 395.
The condo itself is essentially two bedrooms and the entire family (family of four) slept in the loft (the second bedroom). The loft has four beds, which is nice if your young kids get scared during the night. The stairs up to the loft are a bit steep. I didn't want my kids walking up and down the loft stairs in the dark.
We ate at the condo the entire time and we didn't miss any of our pots and pans. They even had a bacon rack for cooking bacon in the over, which was unexpected. Like most VRBOs, they didn’t have any seasonings other than salt, but they did have olive oil.
The complex has a recreation room that has a pool table, ping pong table, and sit down Atari game. That came in as a big hit while we stuck during a big storm over president's day weekend. The hot tub is large and the entry way from the hot tub to the sauna is heated. It makes the transition from freezing weather into the hot tub manageable.
The owner was awesome. She is a great communicator and helped us extend our stay when 395 was closed.
Overall its a great value for your money; we look forward to coming back when there is less snow.

Weekend Ski Trip
Stayed at this property with 4 friends for a Weekend Ski trip. Property is conveniently located across the street from the bus stop which makes getting to/from the mountain very easy. Condo was clean and was stocked with everything you would need for a stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Property was just as it appears online. Very clean. Kitchen has plenty of cookware and we had plenty of towels, linens, etc. parking is steps away and not a problem. Convenient transit stops across street and nearby. Hot tub/sauna were great. We had a great ski trip and would use again for sure.

My friends and I had a great stay! The property manager Nancy was friendly, helpful, and responded very quickly. The unit itself was in great condition and the location was tough to beat. It was a short walk to Mammoth Tavern, across the street from the shuttle, and up the stairs from the hot tub. Thumbs up!

Great economy trip
Nancy was great, place was clean and warm. Downstairs bed was a bit rough... we all ended up in the loft ... but worked well for us. Easy key pickup after hours and shuttle to Eagle Lodge directly across the street, so no need to drive to mt.

It is in a great location the only thing I have to say is that I prefer floor over carpet because I don’t like the stains in the carpet it feels dirty. But other than that it’s a nice place to stay.

Great place to stay for a Mammoth getaway!
We had a family of 5 enjoy the stay at this cozy Condo. Clean, and location close to stores, restaurants. Parking on street is best. Check-in was easy. It’s facing a big street, but wasn’t an issue at all during our summer visit. WiFi worked fine. We had a great time exploring Mammoth, fishing, hiking, etc. so much more to do! Hoping to be back!-
Tennis, Pool and Hot Tub is close by. Bring quarters for Game room and laundry machines (change machine not operating).
