The location, the breakfast spread, the room
The bathroom was smelly and washbasin leaked water

Very friendly and helpful staff from check in to check out. The room was huge and beautifully comfortable including the soaking tub. The location was not too touristic, however conveniently located on a main canal which made airport transfers seamlessly easy. Not to mention, there were many choices for food and drink even in the late night.
There is no pool, but with all of Venice to explore it wasn’t really essential.
