I loved the attention and care from the staff in making us feel welcome the whole time. The meals are wonderful and of very good quality. The facilities for children are very good and they even have a heated pool for them. Activities for children throughout the day and also for the whole family every evening after dinner. The location is perfect with a wonderful beach, restaurants, supermarkets and shops.

The location is amazing and staff are great. We had the best balcony wrapping around the corner right in front of the beach. There’s also the most amazing rooftop bar.
The beds are not very comfortable.

The location was absolutely amazing — right on the beach, giving you the best of both worlds with stunning sea views and an ideal setting for families. It’s the perfect spot for both relaxation and fun.
The staff were all fantastic and went above and beyond to make our stay special. You could really see how well they all got on with each other, which created such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. It was also lovely to see such diversity among the team — everyone brought their own personality and energy, and it really showed in the service.
A huge shoutout to the entertainment team, who were incredible! Even though we stayed during the very last week before the hotel closed for the season, they still put on shows and activities every single night for both adults and children — the best of both worlds.
We stayed over Halloween night, and the hotel really went above and beyond. In the week leading up to it, the decorations changed daily (we noticed) , and on Halloween night the staff dressed up, hosted a themed kids’ event, and even gave the children little gifts. It made the night so special — especially for my nephew, who we weren’t sure how he’d feel about not being home, but he had an absolute ball. We truly appreciated all the effort that went into it.
Special mention to Patrick, the entertainer, who was absolutely amazing. He interacted so well with the children (and us adults too!) and really made everyone feel included. He even checked in with us during the day to make sure everything was okay, which was such a thoughtful extra touch that made our stay even more memorable.
We were a family of seven — four adults and three children — and every one of us had an amazing time. All the staff were so attentive, caring, and genuinely went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. We were even given an upgraded room with a stunning sea view, which we really appreciated — especially as my mum loves the sea!
There was honestly nothing major that I didn’t like about the hotel. The only small thing I’d mention is that the rooms felt a little bit dated, but that may have just been because we visited during the final week of the season. The air conditioning didn’t seem to be working, but it wasn’t really an issue as the evenings were quite cool. If it had been during the main season, I probably would’ve mentioned it. The adults pool was more on the cold side but didn’t really affect us. Overall, these were only minor things and didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our stay.
