Excellent location with great views! Most staff were lovely and knowledgeable about the area.
Nic in the restaurant could have had a better attitude! He clearly did not like working the breakfast shift.

The location was fantastic, and we really enjoyed watching the beautiful sunsets every evening. It was also within easy walking distance of Glenelg's main street, with its shops, restaurants and cafés, while the marina was conveniently located in the opposite direction. It was a great location for exploring the area on foot.
There were a few areas that could be improved. We noticed cobwebs around the lamps as you entered the building, which didn't create the best first impression.
Our room was located close to the elevators, and unfortunately we could hear them operating throughout the night and early in the morning, which affected our sleep. There was also quite a lot of aircraft noise, which added to the disturbance.
We also found that we regularly had to ask for condiments and other basic items to be replenished, even after the room had been serviced. It would have been nice for these small details to be checked and replenished as part of the daily room service.
