Location very good with the beautiful views
General little thing like resupply of coffee and sugar over 4 nights

The bar was great except there was not enough staff to cope with everyone wanting to order meals plus drinks.
I don’t understand why there were no drain plugs in the rooms. No bath plugs, no bathroom sink plugs and no kitchen sink plugs. How are you supposed to have a bath without a drain plug. How can you wash dishes properly in the kitchen sink without a plug etc etc.

Location was great
Wasn’t informed about bathroom demolition on our floor. Was charged for parking which should have been compensated at lease due to disruptive works. Didn’t appreciate looking to the left on our balcony and a big dirty toilet sitting on balcony beside us
