Location modernness and cleanliness
The access tag process is a little frustrating. If your battery dies on your phone how do you get in? You have to open app every time to access the property.

The location was perfect. Everything you need so close by.
Parked our vehicle then walked where we needed to go.
Supermarket, bottle shop, pub, cafes, restaurants, chemist, tram stop, showground, all less than 10 minutes walk.
The check in process was very clunky. Our contact number had been transposed incorrectly so we didn’t receive our instructions. When we arrived we had to speak to someone, then download an app, then call him back. Not a great system if something goes awry.
Once this was sorted it was ok.

The location was perfect for our needs.
The layout of the apartment was great and we loved the balcony and deep bath. There are a range of restaurants right nearby.

Excellent location for our needs. Close to public transport, shops and a great choice of restaurants. Secure on-site parking easy to access.
The small details let Grow down; cabinet laminate edges that had begun to peel away, blinds that were fraying, dust, fluff and scuff marks on floors. Haier washer dryer very inefficient and couldn't keep to time (the final 1 minute took 10+ minutes). Bed was way too soft. And the digital key did my head in - took 30 minutes to get it to work!
