Самый грязный и ужасный пляж, был год назад самый лучший , поставили волнорезы решили нарушить экосистему и теперь грязный океан, нету пляжа для купания, водоросли , вода пахнет ужасно, ходили на соседний пляж
500 метров (( хотелось спросить зачем Вы испортили пляж ; к тому же была стройка .
Разочаровала все, за год испортился сервис , уже персонал не так искренне улыбается и не встречает , в номере не было кроме воды ничего , номер был люкс !
В общем все расстроило, ужин в ресторане ужасный , мошки и мухи на еде , цены не соответствуют , официанты мужчины слишком навязчивы и надоедливы !!! Специально вернулись на Бали и сразу в Хилтон любимый , теперь никогда сюда не вернемся . Измените сервис и уберите волнорезы ! Вы все испортили(((

The hotel is just magnificent. Breathtaking views. Superb service. Excellent facilities. Comfortable, clean, large rooms. The buffet breakfast was a feast for the eyes and stomach! So so delicious. Their organisation is impressive. I would highly recommend staying here. A class above.
No beach area! I thought it was on the beach but there is actually no usable beach (just rocks) in front of the hotel which was disappointing. Couldn't swim there as there were too many rocks.

The Hilton Bali resort is truely a 5 star experience. The staff are fantastic, helpful, friendly and welcoming. We have never seen such a banquet of food like the continental breakfast they serve !!! They provide free shuttle service to nearby shopping and restaurants, if needed, which is also great. They have multiple restaurants in the facility to choose from. We ate at Paon Bali restaurant and the food and service were exquisite.

It is a very nice hotel with breathtaking views, decent territory you can walk around. Food was also good, our favorite restaurant was the one on the beach, breakfast is to please anyone i think, chinese, balenese, european, 6 stations with lots of food.
Kids entertainment is perfect, pool with a slide is a winner, but kids club is also a big support for parents who want to sip cocktails while kids are busy rock climbing or with arts and crafts.
Rooms are clean. Location is okay, shuttles to Bali collection is nice option, although don’t expect you can walk around the hotel much.
Beach is not a beach as such, tiny spot to dip, but also not clean, plastic is all around after high tide and no one is cleaning it, not like in neighboring hotels people are constantly on the shore collecting garbage. So you spend time at the pools which can be crowded at times and also not very clean.
Food is pricey, but it is 5 star hotel, so no surprise.

The hotel was absolutely stunning, the views of the ocean were incredible! The pool was great and the water slide was fantastic! The room was modern and so clean, really lovely balcony overlooking trees it was really peaceful sitting out there. The staff were incredible, they were so friendly, helpful and warm. Our server Wan was a standout, he always had a big smile on his face and made sure our drinks were refilled within seconds of us finishing! He was so friendly and it was clear to see he genuinely loved his job. The buffet breakfast was so good! There were loads of options and new dishes every day.
There wasn't alot to do around the resort, they do offer a free shuttle service to Bali Collective which is a shopping centre but besides that there wasn't loads to do. We made use of the beach and the pool and it was a great way to relax and unwind.

The resort needs a bit of an upgrade compared to the new resorts in Nusa Dua.

Great buffet breakfast and in room dining. Staff were always friendly and assisted me with my queries. The rooms were well cleaned and around the resort.
They allowed me to checkout late as my flight was later that evening.
I would have preferred breakfast to open earlier at 6am or 6.30am instead of 7am. I missed a couple of breakfast as my tour guide picked me up at 7am or 7.30am.

Breakfast was a cornucopia of a feast, food from all over the world, take your pick. The rooms were spacious. The service was hospitable. The restaurants had a great variety of foods. we had a lovely vacation, be it pool side or along the beach.
There was very little to dislike, except a monkey came into our room and stole our sunglasses which was later recovered by the concierge. It was on the 8th floor, but we were warned ahead of time.

Der Strand ist nicht benutzbar da er so schmutzig ist das man nicht ins Wasser kann und dann kommt da zu das regen aus dem neben dran liegenden Bach direkt in das mehr mündet so das es noch nur dreckige brühe ist.Das Frühstück war überteuert und auf die Chinesen abgestimmt und als Hilton wenig amerikanisches.Die Zimmer wahren OK nur man könnte das Balkon nicht aufmachen da sehr viele Affen da wahren und ins Zimmer rannten.
Das empfange und hilfs- personal war korrupt und hat uns die Taxi Fahrten für doppelt so viel Geld verkauft den das gekostet hat und das mit Absprache mit den Fahrer uns wurde im voraus gesagt das der fahrt vom Hotel zum shopping-Center 50 000 kostet und der Taxi metar wahr nur 29000 und so weiter

지금 자세히 보면 대부분 후원받은 광고성 후기이거나 힐튼 멤버로 특전을 받은 경우가 많았다고 생각됩니다.
체크인시 설명의 대부분이 이 리조트를 어떻게하면 편하고 쉽게 충분히 이용할수 있는가를 설명하는것-간단한 지도로 해변의 접근법을 설명해 준다거나 워터 슬라이드의 위치 이용시간 등 -이 아니라 통제와 규칙의 설명-gym사용시 한시간적 예약 필수, 외부 음식 반입시 입구에서 검사, 로비의 금속탐지기 시설 등-
이 대부분이였다는 개인적인 느낌입니다.

It was all bad so bad this was a classic example of overrating , entered the room plugged in the iron , it tripped the meter everything went dark , opened the cupboard door it fell off the hinges , went to the restaraunt below the owner stated a price for buffet but charged me twice that amount , a hawker was waiting outside breakfast for the spa
Needed a massage it was the worst massage i have ever had , left after 3 days they concierge only put one of my bags in the taxi had to pay double to get a taxi to bring me the rest of my bags

We like about this hotel:
1- Very good room size
2- Friendly staff
3- Fast check in and out
4- Beautiful lobby and nice beach area
5- Very good spa Centre (Madara Spa)
We don’t like about this hotel:
1- There was a conference and they are so noisy and loud
2- Some guests were smoking in/near breakfast area (which we were eating on the smell of smoking)
3- The hotel should inform us before arriving about any event held during our stay.

Breakfast is good. The room is comfortable, and the bed is large. A caution sign to warn the nighttime beachgoers that 'CAUTION: SLIPPERY SURFACE' would be good, as one of my family members was falling off due to the super slippery surface.
I booked two rooms for us, a group of five people. Our rooms were in two different buildings! It would be more convenient if we could stay in the same building.

Very clean room, comfortable and large king size bed. Exceptional service. Lot of activities for the kids. Plus, breakfast was amazing with a lot of options, 5 restaurants, and a 24x7 in room dining service. Six complimentary water bottles every day.
