Krasny hotel az na check-in

Check in bol od 15hod! Aj napriek tomu, ze sme dosli na hotel cca o 20p.m nasa izba nebola pripravena. Hodinu sme cakali na terase, ale ked ani do hodiny sa nikto neozyval tak sme sli na recepciu a az tam nam povedali, ze izba je pripravena. Na takyto krasny hotel nemyslitelne, aby sme cakali este za izbou.

Мало европейское еды на завтраки, особенно в лаундже на 10 этаже, очень мало фруктов, особенно для отеля такого уровня.

Отличный отель в Нуса- Дуа

Это Kempinski: красота, сервис, уровень. Теплый большой бассейн, отличный разнообразный завтрак, шикарный вид из лобби. Большой тренажерный зал с сауной. Номер со своим бассейном - удобно и приватно - рекомендую.

Из минусов отмечу лишь две вещи: «бедное» меню у бассейна. Один фаст-фуд… не все же едят одни булки и пасту с пиццей. Хорошо бы что то и полезное, курицу на гриле добавить, в идеале протеиновые коктейли. И минус # 2: пляж есть, но никто не плавает. Вода воняет так, что рядом стоять невозможно. Предполагаю, что это из за «стоячей воды» в этом месте, нет притока свежей. В других местах такого нет. Если поехать дальше налево - отличные пляжи с чистой водой. И так к слову, среди гостей почти все только русские и китайцы )

Красивый отель с шикарной территорией. Приветливый персонал. Очень удобные кровати и подушки!!! Номер с собственной лагуной.

Бассейны, к сожалению не охлаждаются, вода к обеду нагревается очень сильно. В море мелко, до буйков можно дойти пешком, уровень воды по колено. Есть возможность перейти на соседний пляж, но он дикий и его не чистят, в море водоросли и прочее.

Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit! Jede(r) einzelne Mitarbeit.In. Restaurants auf dem hohen Niveau. Die Anlage ist sensationell, groß an sich und architektonisch komplex im positiven Sinne! Obwohl zu Silvesterzeit das Hotel voll ausgebucht war, das es kein Gefühl für die Überfüllung. Platz am Pool oder in Restaurants hat für alle ausgereicht. Sauberer Strand (was anscheinend auf Bali nicht immer der Fall ist)! Schöner Spa! Yoga im spa Bereich mit Blick auf Ozean - unvergesslich.

Wir waren mit 11 montägigem Baby unterwegs und hätten damit gerechnet, dass es auch Beikost-Essen für die ganz kleine Gäste angeboten wird. Es gab zwar Menü für Kinder wie Hamburger mit Pommes. Für die Babys ist es leider nicht geeignet. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Angebot um ungesalzen Gemüsebreie und pürierte Fisch oder Fleisch erweitern.

Роскошный отель с незабываемой архитектурой. Очень приветливый персонал. Довольно удобное расположение рядом с парком развлечений и в 10 минутах езды на такси от центра города. Зато нет шума и суеты кипучего центра. Имеется собственный пляж (нужно пройти через дорогу по подземному переходу).

В ресторане было слишком холодно. Можно было легко заболеть из-за перепада температуры на улице и в ресторане. Официанты в своей услужливости бывают слишком назойливы, иногда не дают спокойно поговорить за завтраком или обедом.

The facilities were really good, so many activities for kids. Staff were really approachable.

The buffet breakfast was really good, had so many choices. During our stay, upstairs was making so much noise at night, I called reception. They solved the problem very efficiently, and next morning someone even talked to us and apologized when we were having breakfast. We were really impressed. Highly recommended hotel. Will definitely be back.

The location was a bit too far for supermarkets

신혼여행 적극추천

원베드 풀빌라 후기가 많이 없어서 반신반의했는데 총 2층으로 되어있어 다이닝룸과 침실이 분리되어 있다는 것이 좋았습니다! 넓은 공간을 다 쓰는 게 좋았고 음식을 먹을 때에도 침실에는 냄새가 나지 않아서 청결한 느낌이 들었어요. 욕실과 화장실도 2개가 있어서 편하게 쓸 수 있었고 개인풀도 크기가 적당했으며 물도 깨끗했습니다. 디럭스룸은 샤워필터를 사용했을 때 금방 색깔이 변했던 반면에, 풀빌라에서는 샤워필터 색깔이 많이 변하지 않았고 욕조에 물을 받았을 때도 처음에만 녹물이 나오고 그 이후에는 깨끗한 물이 잘 나왔습니다. 조식도 맛있었고 리프 비치클럽, 루프탑바도 모두 좋았습니다. 메인풀장도 넓어서 좋고 무엇보다 호텔의 크기나 분위기가 정말 좋았어요!

아무래도 동남아 숙소 대비 가격이 비싸요. 디럭스룸도 1박에 50만원이었고 빌라는 1박에 100만원이었는데 신혼여행이 아니라면 부담이 되는 금액이었습니다. 가격 대비 직원들의 서비스나 친절도가 뛰어나게 감동스러운 건 아니었고요. 그래도 기본적인 친절함은 당연히 있었습니다!

Very premium experience that is well worth it, truly felt like luxury!

The check in process was very professional and nice. We were greeted by Aruda, who was super friendly, and really accomodating, and went above and beyond to help us! Greeted with a nice drink. The rooms were comfy, and definitely exceeded our expectations. Having a pool that you step into via the bathroom was smart, as it wouldn't get the room wet (we had a suite). The restaurants were great, and the morning Breakfast options were fantastic! High tea and afternoon happy hour in the cocktail lounge were a very nice touch. Spa facilities had good ambience and feel too, just make sure to book early in advance.

I cut my left foot playing beach volleyball on a rock hidden in the sand, and it got infected. But that's not really the Resort's fault, just be careful if you're at the beach.

Amazing hotel, disappointing beach.

Very nice hotel with beautiful views, Very big pool, kids enjoyed pool slides, Nice restaurant, customer services are very good,

The beach is horrible, rubish floating everywhere, we are beach lovers and this was most disappointing thing to see, we couldn’t even swim in the sea as so much Rubish floating we couldn’t believe it, also we seen two deadly snake’s swimming near the shore so be careful!!! No evening entertainment, We had room with pool, but water is too cold to swim in it as pool is not getting enough sun to warm it up so was not worth it as we did not used it at all.

We like that the hotel has its own beach.

Small gym, hotel is not clean, the staff only nice and smily at the reception, breakfast stuff try to smile but the smiles feel fake ! The food is awful, expensive ad tasteless. All my family had food poisoning and ended up going to hospital.

The $$$ and to everything they seemed rigid. They had to remind me that it was my last day of breakfast there during my meal. Like seriously! They are limited on the food selection and what they can or can’t do.

All Staff are very helpful where ever we go. Hotel room offer refill water and fast response troubleshooting.

Feeling is great such a grand hotel and nice view of the building. Great place for photo taking and good memories.

Due to the big area, sometime get confuse. 5min to 10min walk around is a must.
