First of all at check-in we had a wonderful experience with Yuri at reception . He was very kind, welcoming, attentive, and accommodating for my family. It was a great start to our stay! Also, I have to add how fresh and delicious the breakfast was! Amazing selection, great quality, and also great service and I like how you're given the option to order a few options made to order and how the fruit and some other things can vary from day to day! I also really liked that there is a small gym and sauna, as well as an indoor pool ! Great additions that would all definitely make me come back next time I'm in Munich! We also came for Oktoberfest and the location was superb. With just a 12-15min walk to the festival grounds it was so convenient ! :)
The ONLY thing I didn't like was I feel the rooms could have been cleaned a little better. In our restroom there was a couple little bathroom fly's I really didn't like right as we arrived, and feel that with a clean bathroom they should't be around? And then after our room was cleaned the bed wasn't properly made and we didn't get a clean robe when the towels were switched.. but honestly with how amazing everything else was I would still come back as the entire staff and experience was very enjoyable.

i only like the staff behaviour i think mr ali he was kind and helpful also the girl on my checkout i forgot her name but she was helpul and kind toooo hotel furniture good new
i didnt like the cleaning at all and they provide me with a damage iron boiler for the coffe it was disgusting and when i check in i found water in it means it wasnt clean for the another guest the Ac tooo hot and there was sound for the electricity book braker all night i was hearing it got twin bed and asked for comfort one qween or king cos i was only 1 they supposed to give me they told me to wait to give the room untill clean is done but even when i check in i found twin bedd which cant merge those beds
