Very comfortable and enjoyable. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

The location was excellent - very near the bridge to the Citadel and close to the main City too. Easy to walk to from the Shuttle bus. The bed was very comfortable. The room was extremely quiet. It was good to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Having a pool was a bonus. Fantastic views of the Citadel. Breakfast was delicious with huge variety and choice.

There were no shelves, cupboards or drawers to put anything away. Apart from a few hangers we had to live out of the suitcase for 5 days. The room was very dark (black) and quite sombre. My friend's bedside light didn't work which we reported on the first day. Nothing was done about it the whole stay. There was a horrible smell on the stairs.

Buena relación calidad precio y excelente ubicación.

Hotel moderno, posibilidad de parking gratuito cerca. Muy cerca de la parte histórica de la ciudad.

Un poco mas de cuidado en las habitaciones estaría bien, ya que había señales de daños.

Hotel moderno, muy agradable

La ubicación muy cerca del castillo. El estilo del hotel (moderno, funcional). Hay agua disponible en todas las plantas. La nespresso y el hervidor estaban limpios!! En la planta superior hay una terraza desde donde se ven las vistas del castillo. De noche espectacular! El parking es interior y no cobran adicionalmente. El desayuno bueno y variado

No hay habitaciones familiares. El color de las habitaciones demasiado oscuro. La piscina y el gimnasio no funcionaban

Hôtel propre et super bien placé. Restaurant avec une vue panoramique sur la cité.

Aucune isolation phonique. On entend tout autour de la chambre ainsi que l’extérieur. Vraiment dommage

L'emplacement est super avec une vue sur la citadelle. Par contre dans la chambre il y avait une auréole au plafond, le lit était particulièrement haut et en ce qui concerne la salle bain j'ai eu l'impression d'être dans un hôpital, car tout était en un bloc avec juste un rideau pour la douche. En ce qui concerne la piscine.... catastrophique il y a de l'humidité de partout, ce qui fait que les murs partent en lambeaux et sont moisis et l'eau de la piscine était trouble.... Beurk Le petit déjeuner était fantastique !!

Location of the hotel is good and the friendliness of the breakfast team. In comparison the main reception team were quite distant and not as willing to help.

We paid extra for a room with a view but this turned out to be the car park rather than the lovely view that was expected. Room 104 shouldn't be advertised as the same rate as the rooms directly opposite the citadel. It was very disappointing, you can see the citadel but only at an angle and the main view is the car park! The rooms were dark, toilet was a converted wardrobe and very cramped, there were paper cups for the coffee, no milk supplied and the hotel in general is more like a 2 star rather than a 4 star!

Was very enjoyable.

Location was excellent. The bed was comfortable. I didn’t like the toilet separate from the bathroom. Breakfast was very good and the staff lovely. Bella on reception was very nice.

Great location!

Well situated. Great view of the old city. Great roof terrace and pool. Staff very friendly and helpful.

No lift from car park meant we struggled with our cases. Decor was a little tired in places.

Fabulous location. Great Staff. Shabby interior.

Great location, right beside the Vieux Pont, river, rooftop terrace with the medieval citadel just across the river - splendid. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Make sure to ask for a river view room if you want to see the citadel from your room. Plenty of free street parking across the road and along the river.

The hotel is desperately in need of a deep clean. Carpets full of stains and a general refresh of paint on walks needed. Definitely felt we were staying in (at most) a 3* hotel, not a 4* The standard double rooms are quite compact, but adequate. The roofterrace is a great asset, but could do with a canopy/awning when it rains. Drinks menu over priced for the region. Street below can be quite noisy with traffic and departing tour coaches in the morning.

Location was great! Easy to get to new town and old Town.

On our 2nd morning we woke to having no power in our room, so there fore no shower and it was only a few rooms around us that had no power. No offers were made to shower else where. Found that the bar in the hotel was closed at 9pm.

Staff calling foreign guest pig in French. Unacceptable

It is a very beautiful hotel, amazing decor and facilities. Perfect location with breathtaking view of the castle.

Reception staff was very nice and helpful but kitchen staff which was cleaning during the breakfast called people "cochon"(pig) thinking that the foreigners won't understand. Which was very disturbing. The restaurant had no vegetarian main dishes, which in 2023 is a little bit old fashion thinking and narrow minded. Diets like celiac forget about going to France. Beautiful hotel but unfortunately would not come back to a place were you are not treated like a guest but more like an intruder.

Outstanding views, supreme comfort, delicious feast of a breakfast

The view from my room balcony, and from the breakfast room, could not be surpassed. The room was also so comfortable, stylish and spacious. I chose to spend more of my morning in the hotel just to soak up the views of the medieval citadel, which was also a very close walk from the hotel. My only regret is not spending another night at this property!
