Excellent location (close to a parking, shops and the citadelle) and great breakfast. The restaurant has a stunning view on the medieval city and prices are reasonable.
One of the beds was not really comfortable, the elevators were smelly.

It is set in a great position, outstanding view of the old town. Food was decent.
This is a very touristy hotel. The staff are variable, many seem to lack training and, even with a French speaking Englishman the comprehension for some was poor over three days. That said, the Accor motto is 'pack em in'; our room was very small and noisy while other rooms were spare, it's that sort of place. Lacks experience and thought for a 4 star.
