Rachel and Mark are the loveliest couple and made our stay so memorable with their kindness and support. Carcassonne Town House is a historic building with lots of original features and has been beautifully and thoughtfully renovated to respect its original era. The character is still preserved perfectly but it still has all the comforts you need.
Nothing to disappoint. Great all round.

Location was perfect for both the Old and New part of the city. Parking was easy just nearby. As a beautiful old property be aware having to carry suitcases upstairs,but no problem and was lovely when arrived. Very hot but we were supplied with good fans.Rachel was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good and free water and tea/coffee was an added bonus. A wee biscuit or cake would have finished it off perfectly. Would definitely recommend if visiting the City.
A little note about water in fridge would have been good but Rachel was very generous with water as was hot weather outside.
