It was in Carcassonne but having said that nothing else stood out to justify the premium you have to pay to stop in Carcassonne. If you are on a stop over - choose another town as hotels and restaurants charge a premium for location. If you’re hanging around to see the sights then it might be worth it
The room was pokey for the price. The room and bathroom are so small you have to say excuse me to move around each other. The parking is t easy to find ….. the instructions could be much better. The staff weren’t at all welcoming.

Location was very good. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and the breakfast great! Bed very comfortable.
Our room was a bit cramped and the bathroom was small.

Sweet sweet Aircon!!!
Clean, comfy, quiet room on the main square in easy reach of the modern and medieval city.
Easy check in and access.
Only thing we didn't work out was the parking so we parked in the centre square but I think that was our fault
