Very comfortable and a great location
We asked reception to book a taxi for the morning as we had a flight. Although we asked the night before, the night porter did not phone until the morning when we checked.
The taxi did not show up. The receptionist could not confirm if a local bus served the airport.
We had to walk to the train station and flag down a taxi.
It was not a good experience.

The location was good and it was continuously staffed.
The room was not clean, there were ants in the bathroom. Key card did not work and took 2 times for receptionist to give us a physical key to get in to our room at midnight.
There was only 1 duvet and 1 extra pillow in a room booked for 2 people, there were no towels in the room. We had to ask for all of these things. Then the duvet I was given was covered in blood stains.
There was nowhere to put things in the room, no tables etc. And the charging ports next to the bed could not hold the weight of an international charging plug.
Was told by one receptionist I could be given a hairdryer the next morning but when going to get it was told they do not supply them.
