Jean Yves and Serge are the most attentive, welcoming, kind and professional hosts we have ever experienced. What lovely people. The room and facilities were exceptional, immaculately clean and beautifully furnished. The view really was amazing. Breakfast was delicious and fresh, loved the home made confiture, and the evening meal was also impressive home cooked food, especially the tarte tatin! Thank you so much for your hospitality

Owners were amazing so accommodating and friendly. Property is fabulous large gorgeously decorated rooms and the view is just stunning.

We had a really nice experience staying here. Serge and Jean-Yves are excellent hosts and very engaging. The location is great, pool was lovely and the breakfast was delicious. The room was perfect. The whole property is really nicely presented. We'll definitely stay again when we return the Carcassonne. Thank you for a great stay.

What a brilliant property. The views from the room,terrace and pool are exceptional. The hosts Jean Yves and Serge were very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them even going out of their way to drop us at the airport for our flight home. The breakfast was fantastic served on the terrace offering spectacular views of Carcassonne & Cite Medieval. The rooms were clean and very comfy. Even the 2 cats and chickens were very friendly. If I could I would rate this 20/10.
