Good breakfast, clean rooms
Another guest/member gave my fiancee some unwanted attention in the jacuzzi and was trying to touch her.
Rooms a little tired, leather peeling on the beds at the bottom, internal lobby/stairs.smelt of cigarettes sometimes

Hotel is in a really nice location with great parking. Hotel staff very friendly and welcoming. Large room with good facilities and very comfortable.
Checking in after 3pm.
Not being able to buy a drink in Hathaways bar if your not eating and being told to use the other bar. Then they have to go to Hathaways to get your drink as it’s not on tap in that bar 😡😡 Honestly come on Lea Marston.

Price, location and dog tolerance.
It was rather warm and there was no way the leave the ground floor windows open.
