Location, location, location. Next to the sea, near Pont d'en Gil. Best sunsets ever! Breakfast and dinner were also quite ok, quite big variety and some nice Spanish specialties which I really liked. The pools and staff were also at quite good level. Air con works very well
The rooms are more for a 3-star hotel than for a 4-star. A bit run down and with some damages, like falling painting on entrance wall and a shower bar which is not well fixed (it fell on my wife's head!). Wifi is so-so. No transport to/from the beaches, so you're on your own depending on your own transport means
