It was just a one night stay, but all good and the breakfast was very good

Great hotel, very comfy.
I do have a negative, my room was facing the church and from 3am, heard every bell ring till 8am when i had to go to work. I'm a light sleeper but this was a little loud. Make sure you are on the opposite side to the church and you will have a great time.

Great location to see my family and to get onto the hills. Rooms are a good size nice shower plus excellent choice for breakfast
Communication between booking.com and the abbey reference having a dog with us did not communicate through, so we had to wait 15 mins to be given a different room
