We have been a couple times before and always had great value for money.
They have made massive improvements to the spa area and the facilities are fantastic.
The spa was included in the room rate that made it amazing value.
Also had a really well cooked breakfast the next morning included

Lovely location, not my first stay at Alexander Park. I had a small single room, very clean with a comfortable bed, quite sufficient for an overnight stay. Very welcoming and helpful staff in every area. Great breakfast included with room making the whole stay great value. Great to have a lovely pool and Spa facilities to use included with the room stay. Plenty parking. Overall fantastic value.
My only think would be some brighter lighting in the room. Perhaps lighting with a dimmer switch or even just a bright strip light above the mirror

Spa was one of the nicest that I've been to that was attached to accommodation. Very clean & tidy, everything in working order.
Being limited to just an hour and a half. Two hours would have felt more relaxing.

The staff are incredible here, nothing was too much trouble and we were met by every single staff member with genuine warmth and helpfulness. The spa is lovely, breakfast is great and the room was clean and fresh.
