The accommodation is great, quiet and relaxing. In a lovely setting. Stayed numerous times here. Spring, autumn, summer, winter,after christmas, always great. Bedrooms are very comfortable, massive beds, large tv, good showers.
Breafast to crowded, Evening dining lovely, but pricey, not value for money.

Very clean
The elderly woman who was working there and cleaning the area was very rude. I especially saw her around the swimming pool area, where she was refilling the cleaning products and doing the cleaning. She kept giving me unpleasant looks and spoke to me in a very rude and disrespectful way. Her attitude made me feel very uncomfortable.

There were very friendly and welcoming staff who were attentive, amazing! Location is ideal for travelling from M5 too!
I thought the sauna and pool were quite small and I was sharing it with loud and disrespectful families who don't appreciate quietness and being respective of others
