The facilities are amazing, there is an amazing gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Everything is clean and well kept and the grounds are beautiful.
Restaurant facilities were such a huge downside. The tables were all sticky, I had to ask someone to clean it and even then, not much improved. There was no one to greet us, we had to find our own table, request our own cutlery and go up to the bar to order food. This is unacceptable given the cost of the restaurant - very hectic. The food itself took 1 hour to arrive and the waiters were running around, with little attention to customer service. Simiarly, the breakfast is so expensive that I found it unprofessional that we had to go up to order eggs instead of having table service. The eggs took a long time to arrive also which meant the rest of our food was cold by the time it got there. Again, if it was affordable, I could overlook this but it is quite expensive for a subpar service!

Great location and very picturesque. Facilities were outstanding, in particular the gym and bars and restaurants were great place to relax at the end of the day, with amazing staff who were always willing to assist.
Only one issue, didnt seem to get hot water in our room. Which wasn’t too much of an issue as we tended to go swimming at the end of each day and used showers in the changing rooms.

Great views. Food at dinner and breakfast was delicious. Staff friendly. Spa facilities good.
Room was supposed to be superior but it definitely wasn’t.
- there was no hot water for a bath. Called reception and they said the boiler had tripped so they’d reset it and to try again in 10 minutes. Tried again half an hour later and still freezing cold. Had to have a temperamental shower instead which kept going hot and cold.
- found a huge toe nail on the bathroom floor 🤢
- at midnight someone was repeatedly trying to get in to our room. He said he was told at reception that room 212 (our room) was his.
- awful nights sleep. Room too hot. Air con didn’t work.
- only one hot chocolate sachet between 2 people.
- cost of drinks high: 1 single disaronno and coke at Bar No.18 was £8.40!!!
