Lovely peaceful quiet location with views of lava mountain and the lagoon. Stayed in a little free- standing bungalow suite, which had a little kitchen area. Cosy, well designed. Great location for seeing Aurora (though no activity on the night we were there)
Minor grumble: only 2 coffee pods for then espresso machine, a bulb needed replacing in one of the bedside lights , and the screen on the bathroom window (to keep out the pesky little midges) had been broken by a previous occupant.

We were 4 adults and we requested the first floor because of luggage, but we got 2 rooms up in the dormer floor and they only had 3 beds each and that is why we had to have 2 rooms!

Good location right off the main highway. Friendly receptionist. Check in was easy and we were provided a key to our room, which also provided access to the hotel entrance after hours. The room was a little different with a slanted ceiling, but that was not an issue for us. We had a comfortable stay and slept well. You can purchase limited refreshments and snacks in the lobby (even after staff has left for the day), although we did not take advantage of that. Breakfast is not included, but can be purchased from their restaurant (we got on the road early, so did not purchase breakfast). WiFi and free parking included.
No washcloths included with the bathroom linen.

The bungalow facilities and location were as promised during reservation. The sea view was wonderful. All the basic necessities were provided. Location away from the city and yet close enough for convenience.
Could never get to lock the entry door. The staff repeatedly tried to fix it and claimed it was fixed when it was not. Had asked for housekeeping service and was told it will be done. It was not done when we returned at the end of the day. The breakfast was adequate but not exceptional - no hot food.
