Our apartment was huge, very spacious rooms and bathroom. It was in a beautiful building which was in a great location - view of the river, not directly in the centre so was more quiet but a short walk to some amazing restaurants.
No issues at all during our stay.

The prettiest apartment with the finest decor, the beds were so comfortable and the views wow 🤩 the location was perfect 👌🏽 checking in was the easiest thing and loved the reception downstairs, so cozy and beautiful

Wow. This appartment is more than worth for a stay in Florence. The house itself is wonderful, the appartment is beautiful furnished, clean and well equipped. Free water is also available.

The location and the fact that the room had 2 bathrooms, 1 for each room
Upon arrival we found that there was no hot water. We contacted the person in charge by message, but he never answered us! I must say of course that the next day the problem was fixed, but it is not possible that there is no communication with the customer who has a problem.
The heating is not working between 8.00 and 15.00 o'clock! This was not described anywhere.
