Ideal location for a trip into the city,park at the Excel (pricey) and catch the train from Custom House.
Reception staff friendly and helpful and room is big and always spotless.
No Breakfast in the price this time and pricey to pay for on the Yacht.

Unique hotel, good location. Nice touch with a box of chocolates for husbands birthday.
The room was disappointing. To be greeted to a large iron burn on the carpet wasn’t good and could have been easily covered with a rug. Bathroom needed attention in places too and the air con didn’t work. Breakfast was poor too.
