Very clean stay away from the main drag

Cute family run stay. We found the beds very comfortable and the facilities very clean. There is a small kitchen for guests to use and filtered water in the main kitchen. The stay is a few streets back from the Main Street which we liked (about 10 mins to the pier).

This is completely out of their control but a rooster woke us up at 2am, 4am, 6am.

Really lovely host, very clean.

The noise in the room. The rooster started making noise from 2am till 8am and i had to wear earplugs.

A brilliant hostel to stay in on San Cristobal

Julia the host was very welcoming. There is filtered water available which was brilliant. The room was bright and had air con. The place is spotless and cleaned every day. The location is great, less than 10 minutes walk from the port.

Friendly, welcoming host with a good location and well equipped for self-catering

really lovely Hostal host, who kindly let us store a big bag with her whilst we visited the other islands. good kitchen facilities (x2 kitchens available), free drinking water and a spacious room

when it rained water dripped from the second storey roof onto the awning outside of our room (ground floor) making quite a loud sound which would wake us up a few times in the night. there is only 1 room (our one) that would be affected by this so take this comment lightly when booking

Cute guesthouse with good value next to potentially noisy sports facility

Clean, free filtered water, hot shower, nice owner, decent location, quiet during the day

The only problem was that the property is located next to a little sports facility which happened to host a late night tournament on both nights that we were there. Saturday the music was blasting until 3am. No sleep possible. I don’t think this happens every weekend but we had no warning.

The staff were lovely and the room was big and clean. The location was roughly a 7 minute walk to the Main Street. There is a very small kitchen that you can use.

Our room was on the bottom floor and connected to the family house by a conjoining door. This meant we could hear everything and were woken up really early by their alarms a few times each morning.

Dulia the owner was so helpful with us. the room was very clean and the bed and pillows very comfortable.

Very nice, especially for budget travellers

Hostal Nathaly is definitely a good option for travellers on a budget. The location is very nice, just 10 minutes walking from the port. Additionally, there are very cheap restaurants around, since the ones close to the port are very touristy and expensive. The staff is very friendly and helped me with every question, they let you leave your luggage at the hostel if your flight is in the afternoon. They also have snorkelling gear which they give to you for free during your stay, just ask. The rooms were simple but clean.

The bathroom facilities are a bit old and have been used a lot, but since it is a budget option and everything was clean, it was alright.

Easy and not expensive stay

I like the receptionist lady, she was courteous. Also liked that there was filtered water if ever we needed some instead of buying plastic bottles.

Hard to sleep as there’s a school and basketball court that people gather till 3-4 am, talk and laugh and listen to music extremely loud. Also they have gym (zumba) classes there so at like 6am and 9pm on Friday and Saturday there’s an instructor that has loud music to train his class group. I don’t like that it’s a spring bed, some of the springs were not alined anymore, so made it a little uncomfortable.

Nice hostel, handy location.

Great location, clean room, friendly owner. Balcony with seating. Outside washing area and line, handy to dry wetsuits. Would recommend.

Sports area opposite can be a bit noisy at night.

Comfortable beds, very good location (about 5 minutes walk from main pier and "main" street). There is a good bakery in close distance. Probably there was access to hot water, but we didn't managed to turn it on. Good Wifi in the rooms.

I had singing cat just under the window one night, but that could happen everywhere :) It was quite quiet place. The host was speaking just Spanish (but very nice lady:)).

Comfortable

Great location, 10min walk from town centre. Close to supermarkets and bakery.

Small ants continually in the room. On the walls, climbing on the beds. Didn't bite. Only one toilet between multiple rooms.
