Muy buena opción

Bonitas vistas al volcán. Muy tranquilo. El acceso es por una pista de tierra, hay q tener cuidado por la noche no pasar el cruce. A 10 minutos de La Fortuna en coche. Varias piscinas de agua caliente. Pocos huéspedes, tuvimos la oportunidad de estar solos en las piscinas.

Que no incluyan desayuno en el precio. Ofrecen desayuno, nos pareció caro ( 8 dólares)

La ubicación es excelente, apartada y tranquila pero a 2 minutos en coche del centro. Las instalaciones preciosas, en medio de la naturaleza y con animales al rededor.

Very basic accomadations!

Hot spring pool, setting, proximity of cabin from pool and parking lot

Bed was squeaky, old and had a broken spring! No mirror in the bathroom or any where! A/C only worked okay. No storage! No where to put our toiletries in bathroom, no where to hang our jacket or clothes, no paper towels, toaster or microwave in kitchen, no bedside tables (I had to use a barstool!) Accomodations were basic at best!

Views were amazing, place was quiet -we enjoyed it!

Staff was great-breakfast was delightful, -they cleaned our rooms and did laundry. Also helped with translating to obtain taxis and plan excursions. Grounds were beautiful and wildlife spectacular. The pools were wonderful. Shower was powerful and hot.

Set up of bathroom was weird-sink perpendicular to toilet. Place needed hooks for wet towels and bathing suits. Could use a small dining table and a couple of chairs.

El lugar es muy comodo, las piscinas ideales para terminar el dia ahí, luego de visitar los parques. El desayuno muy bueno.

Creo que falta un restaurante o snack bar para cuando no tienes nada de comer, asi no es necesario salir del hotel.

Quiet, cute hotel with its own hot springs! Great recommendation!

Wonderful small, quiet hotel with a great view of Arenal. We enjoyed the hot springs so much, we almost always had the pools to ourselves (unlike the stressful public springs) Highlight: the peacocks that roam the grounds during the day. We went to the wonderful (less frequented) Mirador El Silencio park, which is a 10-minute drive away, and had a sensational (!) coffee in the Rainforest Arenal café next door. We will be back!

There isn't really a reception desk or people you can ask questions to. But that wasn't too bad for us, it was all very easy to manage.

Fine, but too far from town

A few pools fed by warm spring water was nice after some hiking. Room was small but shower had hot water. Breakfast fine.

A bit too far out of town for me. Not really feasible to walk at night along a busy road.

Espectacular y 100% recomendable

por la tarde noche cuando llegamos, llovía mucho. Y el poder disfrutar de la piscina con el agua caliente, calentada por el volcán, fue una delicia. También observamos muchos animales tanto de noche como de día. Y las vistas al día siguiente cuando despertamos con el volcán de fondo, mientras desayunábamos en la piscina...no hay palabras. Recomendable 100%

Lydia was extremely friendly! Breakfast was great and warm pools were nice. Great views!

Shower flooded all because drain plugged, was not fixed after reporting it

Thermal waters pools, breakfast and the woman who cooked it. Comfortable beds

We had 2 rooms. The shower in one flooded bathroom and bedroom, water did not drain out. Reported. It was not fixed and no apology

Great location with very basic accommodations but worked great for our family

great location and view of the volcano, pools were nice, asked for more towels and got them very quickly, loved seeing the peacocks and felt very secluded

The door to our room had a gap in it so bugs came under the door. we put an extra towel at the bottom of the door so that helped,

Place with great potential but needs better costumer care

Good location nice garden and hot spring water pools. Good breakfast

Maintenance of room requires some work. There is no one one on site from the afternoon so if there is a problem only communicated via texting which wasn’t helpful in our case. For example it was a rainy evening and the TV didn’t work. The answer we received was that it should’ve and that’s it.

Staying in pure nature

Awesome location with private hot pools surrounded from pure nature. Lydia did a great job and prepared everyday a fresh and great portion of breakfast. We also liked the large room and the stable WiFi. Free parking on site

The intimate nature of the small scale operation, very easy checking and out and the wonderfully hap

Breakfast was very good. Fresh local fruit and orange juice each morning. We had our choice of three personally prepared breakfasts. I asked for eggs over easy one morning and Lidia cooked them perfectly. The location right up against the jungle was fantastic and we loved watching the numerous exotic birds eating the wild miniature bananas just a few feet away from our outdoor space.

Great hotel with beautiful gardens and thermal pools

Friendly hosts. Great location. 3 Thermal pools around the property free to use. Super clean room and pools. Very nice garden. We managed to see a lot of birds around the garden. Very tasty breakfast. Super quiet and safe.

-The hot spring pools were a lovely facility, always warm and inviting and a nice way to end the day -The staff were friendly, receptive and helpful -The view of the volcano was stunning -Lots of wildlife including the peacocks which added to the appeal - Huge smart Tv which was very useful for when the storms hit!

-The property was relatively close to town, however located at the end of a dirt road which was difficult to access without a car -The facilities were slightly disappointing. As the place is quite isolated without a car, we were expecting more facilities such as a kitchen for guests to use, or at very least a kettle to make tea / coffee or an accessible microwave. - In addition, as this is a hotel, we at least expected complimentary coffee in the mornings, as had been offered in every other hotel we stayed in. there was breakfast offered at a fee, however no other on site options for lunch / dinner which was difficult when the place is slightly off the beaten track. however im aware they are thinking of improving on this in the future - only toiletries provided were a single shower gel dispenser , would again expect slightly higher standard such as shampoo also to be included -No laundry service provided, however there are laundrettes nearby
