The thermal pools and the entire property are beautifully designed and extremely well maintained, with gorgeous, carefully curated gardens that create such a peaceful atmosphere surrounded by nature. The service was exceptional—everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The food was also delicious and exceeded our expectations. Everything felt thoughtfully curated, making it the perfect place to relax after exploring Arenal.
The room we had chosen was a little on the small side, but it was ok since we stayed only 2 nights and we were spending our time mostly outside.

Its was clean and cute! The rooms were basic but modern. Breakfast was good. It had a small bar which was great.
I didn’t like it did not have any shampoo or conditioner. No hand soap.
The hot springs were mildly hot. The hottest one was like a warm pool. Not hot.

We had a great time! The pools are lovely and were not busy at all when we are there. The grounds are lush!
The room is extremely small. It was not a problem we did intentionally book the small ones because they were cheaper, but if you have loads of luggage you might want to opt for the bigger ones.
