The staff and the food

We loved everything about the property. Being in the trees, we felt spread out and private, the views from the room, the staff was exceptional, it was a very special stay for us. The room felt clean and spacious, we loved the outdoor shower, breakfast was good, loved the coconut water every day and mostly as with everything in Costa Rica, I loved being outdoors for all the meals and activities. The hot springs are also amazing.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The hotel is top-notch, and the staff are genuinely friendly and always happy to help. The view of the volcano from our room was absolutely stunning.
