Relajante.

Lo que más me gustó fueron las piscinas, el lugar rodeado de naturaleza y la vista al volcán. Las personas que sirven el desayuno son muy amables y el desayuno delicioso.

El personal de la recepción en ocasiones no fue tan amable como esperaba.

A gem with a view of Arenal

Everything was fantastic and beautiful.

That was really nothing that we did not like. We noticed that staff did not clean the room. But that was okay for us. Maybe we were supposed to tell them.

Ein kleines Paradies, bei dem man sich so richtig entspannen kann.

Ich hatte das Premium Bungalow mit Vulkanblick und es war herrlich. Auch wenn der Vulkan meistens hinter Wolken war, das Bungalow war super gelegen, hatte ein großzügiges Schlafzimmer, eine Dusche mit Vulkanblick und alles was man sich wünschen kann. Die Buchung von Ausflügen direkt über die Rezeption war super einfach, wenn man nicht viel Zeit hatte sich vorher zu informieren. Die beiden Pools waren wunderschön gelegen und meistens konnte man fast alleine die Zeit im Pool genießen. Es wird sehr viel Wert auf die Zufriedenheit der Gäste gelegt.

Very clean and simple lodging option at the base of Arenal volcano.

Our room was very clean and the view of the Arenal volcano was amazing. It even spouted a bit of steam on the morning of our departure. The hot spring pool was hot and the waterfall was even hotter and provided a wonderful massage. The breakfast was delicious and very filling and the staff was wonderful.

The overall property was very simple and we felt that the price was higher than one would expect for the simple accommodations. One our first day we were the only people arond so the pools were private.

Miradas Arenal and the rooms truly have an amazing view and it is wonderful that they have a thermal water pool. It is perfect to enjoy the benefits of the thermal water without paying for expensive entrance fees. It is quiet and I recommend trying their restaurant for dinner, it was definetly the best dinner we had in the area, also for reasonable price. The room is well equipped and spacious.

The mattress in the bed was terrible. It was too "soft", your body created a crater in it and it was really uncomfortable. It is not good for your back either. Harder mattresses should be put into the room (of course I do not know about other rooms), it was almost impossible for us to fall asleep. Besides that the room was wonderful, also clean and new.

Amazing views from both the room and pool/restaurant on the Arenal vulcano. Staff was very friendly and doing its best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Pool was really nice and warm, the in-pool bar was a nice extra.

Rooms were nice but a bit dated. As we didnt feel like leaving in the evening, we had dinner in the hotel restaurant, the dishes were simple, but okay.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views!

Miradas Arenal Hotel was absolutely wonderful and the perfect location to explore the local area! Our cabin was newly renovated and spotless. Beautiful views of the volcano and everything was immaculate. Plus excellent breakfast! Would highly recommend staying here when visiting La Fortuna.

Perfect stay

Quiet, secluded location close to town with perfect volcano views (cabin 15), beautifully maintained grounds, very comfortable cabin with all the modern conveniences, hot springs pool, nice breakfast with super-friendly service. We saw many exotic birds and a sloth right from our terrace!

Service at the bar and at dinner seem to be a bit slow.

great spot to enjoy viewing the volcano and soaking in the hot springs!

the hot spring pool with the swim up bar was amazing! the breakfast/dinner area was beautiful with an amazing view of the volcano.

I wish the cabin door had a better seal on it, we had some ants come visit us through the crack in the door.

The breakfast time was very strict, we chose the time 8 - 9am thinking we can come anytime between 8 and 9 so we arrived around 8.40am and they told us we were supposed to be there exactly at 8am. However, they served us anyway, so it was fine.

nice, clean, modern rooms with privacy. we liked the fridge and coffee maker. the breakfast was great. the pools and hot tub were awesome. we loved everything and the staff was awesome!

The hot springs pool is quite hot (in a nice way) compared to other hotels. Is great to park the car just in front of the bungalow, makes everything easier.

Excellent location nestled below the volcano - on a clear day spectacular views. Large room comfortable bed . Refrigerator and coffee making facilities. Large bathroom. Breakfast was good and staff very friendly.

The bungalows are separate from the reception area. We arrived at night - not very well lit to find our bungalow. There are no phones in the room to communicate with the front desk . We had some issues locking the door and no toilet paper in the bathroom - probably just an oversight but without a phone had to trek back to the front desk ( we had a shuttle service drop us at the hotel) and then trek back in the dark. Just a little issue but inconvenient after a long driving day. No safe in the room.

Loved the breakfast experience where we watched so many beautiful birds right in front of the breakfast terrace. Loved the lush gardens and all the tropical flowers.

bad never again. personal are cold and there is like a military place

We found some hairs in the bed. The room is very small. The bathroom lacks of hooks for the towels and the worst was the client service. We were suppose enjoy and relax but staying there was an very unpleasant and stressful experience. They didn’t want to move our hour of breakfast, because of lack of space, we asked then to take it at the pool which is literally 5 meter next to the restaurant they say no, we asked to have it in our room, again a big no because it was include in the price. to have room service is extra price, while this hotel is already relatively pricy. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will never go there again. The owner needs to chill out with rules and the personal needs it too. Only the woman who serve us the last breakfast and one young boy at the pool bar were up to work in this industry as they have a strong capacity and super nice attitude with the guests.

The room is good, big, great shower, clean and has a really nice view on the arenal vulcano The spa with bar is amazing to drink some beers after a hike, bartender was friendly and nice to talk with

One day one off the staff was arguing about the orange juice, it was not aloud to have orange juice and coffee, only one he said... I mean come one, it cost nothing haha

Lovley stay for two nights :)

The staff was super friendly, helpful and welcoming. The bungalows were clean and comfortable and we had an awesome view of the Volcano Arenal.

The portions of the breakfast and dinner were a bit small.

We enjoyed our stay, even with the lack of good food.

Location and view from our room was excellent. Room and bathroom were clean.

They can improve by providing better necessities. We had to ask couple of times for toilet paper. At the reception they didn’t explain how to get in and out from the main gate. Not enough staff, twice one guy was at the restaurant in the morning and then came to the reception, hence lack of service. Restaurant food was horrible. No microwave was provided either.
