The location was perfect and we loved the gardens and volcano view. Beautiful. The pools and hot springs were wonderful.
There was absolutely nowhere to hang wet clothes. Not even one hook in the bathroom. We were there in the rainy season and used the pools and hot springs every day and had nowhere to dry our bathing suits and clothes and rain jackets.

Los Lagos is a lovely hotel, with amazing hot spring pools! The views were fantastic of the Volcano and surrounding area! We saw beautiful birds and other animals all around.

Hot springs nice. Shuttles fast.
Low quality breakfast cheap coffee for price. Had to upgrade to get a half decent room.
