Very intimate and nice experience at this resort. Overlooking the volcano from our private suite, with wildlife just outside is stunning. Staff is so friendly and go out of their way to ensure you are enjoying your stay with them. We will definitely be back for another stay.
Some of the food was overcooked and over salted but they corrected the concern.

Loved the rooms and the staff was perfection . The pools are gorgeous and the hot tub in the room balcony is perfection . Lots of animals to see and the staff are really amazing - everyone !!
The food is not up to par. Service is exceptional but the food itself wasn’t that good. Even breakfast was ok, but not great.

Incredible staff, friendly and helpful and always available. Dreamlike grounds and accommodations, exactly the relaxing and stimulating experience we were looking for. Food was also top notch.
Might have been nice to get a "what to expect, what to pack" email before traveling so we were optimized by way of clothing (we overpacked!) but this is a minor idea. One of top top if not THE top service and accommodations I have experienced in my life!

I liked the ambience and the cleanliness of the room and facility.
Too many bugs/insects in the room. Breakfast menu needs to be expanded a bit more.
